May 02,2024Ich kann mich den meisten hier anschliessen. Auch bei mir ist das Netz an den Schuhen innerhalb kürzester Zeit an mehreren Stellen gerissen. Für den Preis ist die Qualität eine Frechheit. Die Schuhe sind sehr bequem und tragen sich super. Aber was bringt mir das, wenn sie nach kurzer Zeit kaputt sind. Ich werde mir auf jeden Fall keine ON Schuhe mehr kaufen.

May 01,2024Ich kann nur vom Kauf der On Schuhe abraten. Bei meinen Schuhen ist nach nur 6 Monaten das Netz sowohl im linken als auch im rechten Schuh gerissen. Ich hab die Schuhe überwiegend im Büro getragen. Optisch sehen sie toll aus, aber was nützt es, wenn sie so schnell kaputt gehen und das bei dem Preis. Keine Kaufempfehlung.

May 01,2024Ich habe im letzten halben Jahr drei paar On Schuhe gekauft und bei allen drei Paaren reißt das Netzfutter oberhalb der Zehen, teilweise schon in der zweiten Woche. Bevor mir der Happiness Typ wieder seinen Bullshit von falschen Zehen schreibt, wechsle ich einfach die Marke. On Schuhe: Schönes Design, guter Komfort, Qualität unterirdisch.. frühere Modelle hatten diese Probleme alle nicht… ein Stern ist noch zuviel…

Apr 28,2024Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe viel mit müden und beanspruchten Füßen zu kämpfen. Da ich den ganzen Tag auf den Beinen bin. Durch Sport trainiere ich auch extra meine Füße. Durch den Schuh habe ich mir Entlastung und schmerzfreies Laufen erhofft. Erst recht durch den hohen Preis. Was soll ich sagen, nach gerade 20 Minuten brauchte ich eine Pause. Die Füße und die Fußsohlen schmerzten. Statt Entlastung waren die Schuhe eine Belastung. Ich hatte kaum halt. Da bin ich in Discounter Schuhen von dem großen D schon besser gelaufen. Also Finger weg.

Apr 28,2024Ok so I ordered a pair of ON Cloudsurfer. Perfect looking , good comfort. After 3 times of light use , a crazy squeak started developing which makes it embarassing to walk on an office surface or anywhere where there is not mouch loudness around. I contacted on that they said that squeaking is not covered by waranty. Thats crazy for A NEW SHOE. All in all , 1 stars , because there is no 0 option, for not standing behind their product, first and last time I order from ON. Wish I had seen the reviews here first

Apr 28,2024Wir haben vor einem Monat ein wasserfestes Modell gekauft. Voller Vorfreude hat mein Mann sie bei unseren Spaziergängen (nicht Mal 4 Kilometer) angezogen. Vor ein paar Tagen hat er mir dann gezeigt dass die Schuhe hinten komplett aufgerissen (spröde) sind. Ich habe daraufhin eine Reklamation geschrieben. Als Antwort habe ich nur eine ernüchternde Aussage bekommen dass es kein Produktionsfehler ist und daß sie mir nicht weiterhelfen können. Jetzt sitzen wir da mit einem Paar nicht mehr so wasserfesten beschädigten ziemlich teuren Schuhen. Danke für nichts

Apr 28,2024On Running hat ein großes Problem mit der Qualität. Die Schuhe werden viel zu schnell weich. Die Sohle löst sich ab. Nach kurzer Zeit keinen festen Halt mehr. Obwohl ich auch über 10 Jahre diese Schuhe getragen hatte, habe ich jetzt die Marke gewechselt. Für 180€ muss die Qualität stimmen!

Apr 28,2024Ik heb begin april 2024 mijn zesde paar OnCloud gekocht. De Cloudhorizon kleur zwart naar een paar weken deze schoenen te hebben gedragen is een deel van de zool afgesleten. Hierover heb ik contact gezocht met OnCloud. Maar redelijk snel kwamen zij tot de conclusie dat dit normale slijtage is en niet onder de garantie valt! Onbegrijpelijk het gebruik van de eerder gekochte schoenen is niet gewijzigd, maar de gebruiksduur is verkort van 6 tot 12 maanden naar een paar weken. De prijs kwaliteit van dit product is zeer teleurstellend.

Apr 28,2024Ich habe 8 paar On Clouds, meine Freundin sicher 15. Immer wieder hatten wir Probleme mit sehr begrenzter Haltbarkeit. Den Höhepunkt erreicht hat mein Geburtstagsgeschenk, ein paar On Clouds welches nach dem dritten Tragen am rechten Schuh quietscht. Der Kundenservice konnte aufgrund vom eingesendeten Fotos einen Mangel ausschließen und hat die Rückgabe abgelehnt. Wir wurden mit einem 30% Gutschein abgewimmelt. Den werd ich nicht benutzen, aufgrund der Enttäuschung ist es mein letztes Paar On Clouds.

Apr 27,2024Poor customer service. Return label to provided by customer service, used to return and item appeared lost but returned to myself. Now reissued label is confirmed lost by return partner they choose to use and they are refusing to refund as they have not received items, leaving me with a £700 loss. They refused to help in the claim for my lost goods Bad service and bad company altogether

Apr 27,2024Ich kann nur vom Kauf von ON-Schuhen abraten. Die Qualität steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Ich habe in den letzten 2 Jahren 3 Paar ON-Schuhe genutzt von denen keines an 12 Monate Haltbarkeit gekommen ist. Der Gipfel ist das bei einem Paar das ich nur ab und an im Büro getragen habe nach weniger als 6(!) Monaten das Netz bei beiden Schuhen vorne gerissen war. Ich habe jetzt hier so gut wie neue Schuhe mit Löchern im Netz. Auf Grund der schlechten Erfahrungen habe ich die Schuhe im Fachgeschäft gekauft wo mir bestätigt wurde das ich keine Fehlstellung der Zehen hab ( das nur weil das ja des Öfteren von ON als Begründung angeführt wird ). Eigentlich Schade da die ON-Schuhe optisch sehr ansprechend sind.

Apr 26,2024I have to start with that I suffer with knee and back problems and researched trainers forever to see which would be the best to walk in without giving me pain in my joints. I came across ON and decided to give these a go. I purchased my first pair over 3 years and absolutely loved them and wore them into the ground over 3 years! Yes 3 years!! They were the most comfortable pair of trainers I'd ever had and worth every penny I paid for them, considering I thought the initial price was extortionate. I decided to finally buy a new pair in January this year and honestly wish I didn't. The trainers were fine for a few weeks and then they developed an awful squeak from the left heal. This was so bad and embarrassing that I had to walk at awkward angles to take the weight off the heal. I decided to look this up and found that I wasn't the only person suffering with the same issue, it was all over social media!! I even found a video that was made by a representative from On explaining why it happened and how to resolve the issue. Waste of time as nothing worked. So I decided to contact On to complain and request the trainers swapped for a new pair. This is where I am lost for words with their customer service and attitude. I was asked for photos, written explanations, drawings, videos and this was a waste of time as they would not acknowledge the issue with the squeaking and point blank refused to help, refund or exchange. I just kept being told to look at the terms and conditions and that their was no warranty cover. Disappointed and annoyed really is the politest thing I can say. I will never purchase anything again from this company and will sure be putting people off buying anything from them were as to start I had nothing but praise. As an update following the reply to my review, its now been almost 2 weeks and no email or follow up from On. Again I state that the customer service from this company is awful and I have now started alternative proceeding to get this matter resolved.

Apr 26,2024Only giving one star because I couldn’t give 0! I wish I had researched the company first, terrible reputation for scamming customers and poor quality products. I purchased trainers for my husband, at first they were super comfortable after 6 weeks the sole compressed and started squeaking. After contacting customer services they stated this was not a manufacturing issue and therefore not a defect that was covered under warranty, no refund no replacement. Despite the fact that a quick google search shows 100s of blogs and YouTube videos of consumers facing the exact same issue! Scam company robbing people of their hard earned cash with inferior products, avoid at all costs. EDIT Despite the response from ON stating the issue went through all steps of evaluation, I was not allowed to see the evaluation report from the quality team, nor did the quality team even look at the trainers in person. Again it’s just a scam to take your money for an inferior product and a refusal to abide by the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.

Apr 26,2024Like many others, I am also experiencing being scammed by this company. They shipped out my shoes and they were never delivered, there was no photo of this delivery, and on top of that the shoes say they were delivered to "the front door", but I live in an apartment building and we checked all of the cameras with my building manager and there was no delivery at my front door or any door for that matter. So, now I am out of my shoes, and I also do not have my refund that I was being told over and over that I would be given. I am going to just dispute this with my bank and I am never shopping at this fraudulent company again. I also will be filing a FTC complaint as well.

Apr 26,2024Schuhe von schlechter Qualität. Bereits nach kurzem Tragen löst sich die Sohle auf. Auch die Farbe löst sich seitlich ab. Vom Kundenservice leider keine Hilfe bekommen. Sehr schade für ein angebliches Premiumprodukt. Auch die von der Firma viel beworbenen Nachhaltigkeit macht keinen Sinn, wenn man die Schuhe nach kurzem tragen wegwerfen muss

May 03,2024Warte nun seit 2 Wochen das mein Umtausch bearbeitet wird. Chatten geht nur mit Bot. Zu keiner Zeit kann man mit realen Mitarbeitern chatten. Habe Mail vor 2 Tagen geschrieben. Auch hier keine Antwort. Nur zig Werbungen per Mail bekommen was es nicht alles Neues gibt.
