Mar 16,2019I ordered a cake shown on their own website. Then they changed the flavour and the cake design.moreover when the cake got delivered it was of some other third design. The card which they sent was of poor quality and the message was written by hand on it and that too incorrect. Never go for them. Worst cake service

Timely delivery and live tracking made it easier to know the status of the order. but the cake which was shown on the site and the cake which actually delivered was not as beautiful as it looked online. Im in the Philippines and I wanted to send a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday who was currently at home in a remote village in Kerela. I’ve tried inquiring to almost all of the gift delivery services available in India but none of them provided service in my bf’s hometown. After I’ve lost all hope, on the midnight of my bf’s birthday, like a heaven sent, I came across this website and to my surprise, they accepted my order. I successfully surprised my birthday boy with a cake despite the last minute order. It was delivered on time. Feb 15,2019Worst thing happened when I ordered Cake and Teddy for Valentine's day and they did not delivered it at all, no intimation no support no phones nothing and when called support on next day they are saying they will deliver it today....are these guys crazy...please guys if u are reading this before thinking to buy from this website....please do not buy...i want to screw these guys asses.....did that already on instagram and FB

Feb 15,2019Well I got the order. and the 2 stars are for that prompt delivery. Now the problems starts....it was delivered by a random auto driver in a plastic cover like it was groceries. The flowers with a vase of water was handled in this way. The water spilled everywhere, and a note for the recipient was fully drenched and torn. This is a valentine gift u see. Now the vase, is probably the glass from which the seller had rum last week. The flowers were not exactly like the photo shown, and some roses had already started blackening around edges. Again, this was a valentine day gift. So only saving grace being ok flowers delivered on time. I spent 1000rs for that?
