Dec 29,2018Order Number 144432 I am EXTREMELY Disappointed with the Flowers delivery. I had bought the Flowers with BASKET at a price Rs. 1095. However, I am extremely disappointed as the Flowers delivered were WITHOUT BASKET. Unfortunately I cant attach pictures here as there is no provision but I have sent pictures to Online Delivery Team that illustrates What was Ordered and What was delivered. The flowers sent hardly costs Rs. 200 to 300 vs. the flowers I purchased (with basket) at Rs. 1095. I need NO clarification on this and I NEED my REFUND back Rs. 700. I am a regular customer of onlinedelivery and if the REFUND is NOT GIVEN, I will STOP using your services forever. On top of the money, it was an embarrassment I had to go through because of your negligence. POOR Customer Service. Regards, Sachin (+91-9730591377)
