Feb 28,2025Horrible customer service once you give them your money! Great sales pitch that did not deliver and created more stress , loss of revenue! ( they haven’t issued any refund.) Business owners :you so not get to pick your doer. They assign you a doer, and you don’t get ANY information about the past experience/ you don’t get to vet them. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience and they are refusing to give me a refund. Raquel sold me that the Doers are well trained and will jump in and make your life easier. The doer they assigned me couldn’t listen to basic instructions and did not communicate what she did through her 8 hour shift! She had specific instructions to watch training videos and take notes /ask questions. Did she do this? No notes/no questions! Really? Then I assigned her to watch training videos on my practice management software. I put this in writing, did she do it? No! Complete disaster. Furthermore, as this was happening I emailed management and they were very slow to respond. It was obvious that once they had my money, my experience as their client didn’t matter. Their solution was to give me another doer in 3 weeks. I requested a refund. They said that there is a long process to give me a refund and that I wouldn’t get my 4,500 back because it cost them money to train this person! Completely unethical!

Feb 28,2025For the price---Doer's are NOT trained. The coaches are good, and the Doers are nice, but they are NOT consistently trained. The sales office has constant turnover and they were nice, but not helpful in getting to the hear of the issues. One Doer contacted me on the side and asked me to pay her more, the other set up my email automation incorrectly TWICE due to a gap in training (although he said he knew how to work the platform). The portal is very cumbersome and basic.

While there are sometimes miscommunication issues he always asks for clarification and ways to improve. Feb 20,2025They didn't even show up to the first call on time. They called me 15 minutes late after the video tells people that if they no show on them they will never be able to schedule another meeting. No thank you! You can't even show up to your first meeting on time. Awful!

As someone new to marketing funnels and organic traffic strategies, I found that I couldn’t delegate effectively without first understanding the process myself. The training resources are solid, but onboarding a "doer" requires 50+ hours of setup, plus ongoing daily check-ins—an unrealistic commitment for many entrepreneurs. The pricing is steep, and the company’s promises felt overstated. Additionally, after canceling within the contract terms, they attempted to continue billing me, even using aggressive automated payment demands. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent further charges. While I had a great experience with my assigned "doer," the company's lack of transparency and restrictive feedback policies left a negative impression. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend their service.

The support provided my Outsource Doers is 2nd to none and makes the whole process of working with a VA a breeze. Cara has helped me a lot in my business and taken a lot of tasks of my hands and performed them better then I could. We have been able to get our email marketing up and running, social media posts, general enquires and a lot of changes and products added to the website just to name a few. Cara is very proactive and offers up new ideas and does the required research to provide the best service possible. Would highly recommend.

Feb 16,2025I booked an interview. First one, the girl missed it. I had to schedule another one. I got Name Redacted. They talked up their services well. They wanted $3000* to start the service. I was waiting on invoices at the time. She let me pay $1400 to hold my spot. Maybe 30 minutes later, I read the horrendous and disgusting views about their services and the company. Immediately I wanted my money back because I didn’t want to work with these terrible people. Sent my refund request to the billing department. They sent it to Name Redacted. Instead of this dizzy heffa refunding my money IMMEDIATELY she asked to book another call to “find out what changed” between then and when we got off the phone. I’d told her that I read reviews and comments on Reddit. It’s awful. Didn’t see one good experience. That’s not an exaggeration. I told her to send my money back and there is no need for a conversation!!!! Now they aren’t answering the phone or responding to emails and texts. I paid the deposit on 11Feb. It's 15feb and they still have my money.

She has taken so much off of my plate and helped my team delegate repetitive virtual tasks to allow them us focus more on strategy and in person tasks. We use her heavily for administrative tasks and moderately for marketing tasks. She has an incredible attitude, always sending me positive quotes each day. She is always ready to promptly begin her next task. She is thorough, thoughtful and self-motivated. I honestly can't imagine my business without her now.
