Feb 27,2025Note of appreciation for Branson King. In 2023, we had terrible experiences with OVAGO both going home and returning from home to US. Our flight was canceled less than 24 hours without notice while at Chicago airport and the staff working for United Airlines were not ready to help us while our agent or the staff working for Lufthansa were no where to be reached or found. A flight for a day took 2-3 days to reach our destination without our any of our seven luggages. It took Lufthansa airline a week to deliver our luggages with some items missing from the luggages after multiple travels to the airport from the village. Our returning from home to US was a nightmare after we arrived at Huston airport. Our flight was canceled numerous time. We slept at the airport for 3 days without help or provision for a hotel. We managed to rebook our flight to Chicago and back very tired and exhausted. In 2024, reverse was the case with Branson King who booked our flights. We had very smooth and enjoyable experiences both going home and coming back to US. Branson took his time to find us tickets at last minute when all hopes have gone. Feb 26,2025I had issues between Ovago and Cathay Pacific. Cathay canceled my return flights when I missed one flight. I emailed Ovago and they replied that the issue was resolved, and sent the e-ticket again. When I arrived at the airport for my return, Cathay would not issue a boarding pass and told me the booking issues were still not resolved.

Fraser was very patient in finding solution and accomodating us on the same flights for different tickets where needed and also provided competitive prices. He spent about 4 hours on call to find the options, with low prices and got it resolved.

Feb 21,2025Your travel sight is easy to use and well managed! An earlier site tossed me and just kept screwing me until I gave up and came to you. One of the flight legs tossed me out yet again, and instead of the forever do-loop, it send me help! The guy that helped me, Banjo, he was great! Unlike most travel sites, when I needed help, he was clear and helpful. He told me what he would do in detail, and he did it! Plus he was nice. I will ask for him from now on when I use you guys for my travels. If I need help, that is. Even though it cost me an extra $100+ he explained what happened. He took it from a painful experience to a good experience.

Feb 16,2025I booked a flight from Wichita to Dubai. We had some problems but all of them were due to our bank which kept declining it. However through this the customer service is excellent. The kind lady who helped us, Poppy. She was excellent and helped us every step of the way. With the card problems she called a bunch of times over several days it was clear she was eager to help and provide for us. I wanna call her out specifically for her good attitude and help. Feb 14,2025Neil was excellent and helping me save money and finding an itinerary that would work. The website itself was not taking the encryption credit card method. It only worked through Apple Pay. It also did not charge me for the flexible option clicked to purchase. I am still waiting for the flexible option to be confirmed
