This is my 2nd poor experience with this delivery co in as many months. Pkg was tendered to P2P on Jan 14. Delivery date of 1/21 has passed. Pkg has been sitting in Miami since the 21st with no updates whatsoever. I like the products the seller offers but will probably not buy from them again d/t this delivery companies poor service and lack of communication. WIG1876GB00634356801

This is the worst delivery company I have ever known. My parcel was dispatched on the 22nd December, I have still not received it over a month later and the tracking has never been updated. I contacted the retailer and they have refunded me but this delivery company is just an absolute joke My tracking number is HUT2090GB62613539401

Ieri mattina avrei dovuto ricevere un pacco ma ho ricevuto invece una mail dal corriere GLS che segnalava un tentativo consegna fallito a causa dell'impossibilità di individiuare l'indirizzo. Effettivamente, l'indirizzo di destinazione riportato nella mail sembra essere incompleto (assenza del numero civico). Ho provato a richiedere personalmente a GLS un altro tentativo di riconsegna o il ritiro presso la sede, ma ciò non è stato possibile in quanto la spedizione è in porto franco. A questo punto ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti all'indirizzo email FCB-info, ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Non essendoci altri modi per contattare il servizio, non so veramente come poter richiedere un nuovo tentativo di consegna. UPDATE: Alla fine sono andato a ritirarlo personalmente al deposito GLS, così da evitare tutte queste problematiche.

Il mio pacco affidato a GLS non è ancora arrivato nonostante dovesse arrivare 4 giorni fa, il solito problema di indirizzo, loro dicono di non poter sbloccare il pacco quando possono benissimo farlo perché mi è già accaduto. Un pessimo servizio sono ancora in attesa che arrivi il pacco.

È la terza recensione che scrivo in pochi giorni: non solo anche il secondo pacco è arrivato in ritardo, per un’inesattezza dell’indirizzo che in realtà non c’era, ma è arrivato danneggiato. [Due prodotti in bomboletta per capelli, uno con tappo frantumato e bomboletta ammaccata, l’altra con erogatore spaccato, che non permette di utilizzare e trasportare il prodotto; cartone semi aperto in tre punti. Purtroppo non posso allegare foto] Ho già fatto reclamo al venditore (LookFantastic), lo farò anche a GLS, a cui faccio lo stesso invito: sicuramente non è un periodo facile e le festività sono state impegnative, ma siete sicuri di dare aə vostrə dipendentə tutte le possibilità per lavorare con preparazione e sicurezza? Avete modo di controllare chi lavora con serietà e chi no? E voi? Come vi state impegnando per risolvere il problema degli indirizzi?

Auch meine Bestellung hängt nun seit zwei Tagen in Venlo fest und bewegt sich nicht. Das Paket ist ja auch „erst“ seit 16 Tagen unterwegs. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich in dem Shop niemals bestellt. LUV5240GB21969274301

GLS 14-01-2022: Gentile cliente la spedizione si trova in giacenza presso la sede di zona a causa di assenza del destinatario o dati non corretti-completi. Per organizzare la riconsegna deve contattare il suo mittente/venditore al quale è già stata notificata la giacenza. Trattandosi di spedizione in porto franco solo il mittente/venditore può intervenire autorizzando la riconsegna o il ritiro in fermo deposito. Grazie. HUT1030PL74426833101- was meant to have this delivered last week but still waiting. The map says the package is still in Holland but that hasn't been updated in 5 days. An update on the parcels whereabouts would be much appreciated.

Hi, I made an order with the vendor on 24th December 2021. Received the tracking number GER6960GB64599560301 and on tracking site it states the parcel has departed Geras Ltd on 6th Janaury. Tracking HUT1030PL07359580301 it says it is in outbound export location venlo 5928 NL since the 12th, just curious to why this hasn't changed and if there may be an issue?

I've been expecting a parcel from a popular Korean beauty vendor that I ordered using priority shipping since 7/01/2022. It's now 13/01/2022, and since departing "GERAS LTD", there has been total silence from the retailer and P2P concerning its whereabouts. It hasn't even entered the Royal Mail delivery network, and it's been an entire week since dispatch. The FIC tracking number for this parcel is GER6960GB85163931701. I want to know exactly where my package is currently and when I can expect it to be delivered as the lack of clarity and transparency about the location of an international parcel during a pandemic is incredibly anxiety-inducing.

Hello, I am waiting on an update on my package delivery - FIC Tracking Number: HUT1860GB18928778301 - Shippers Ref: 234761143 - Tracking Number: 1S0000835873 The package tracking reads that the package has been rescheduled for delivery everyday for the last 4 days. As I cannot find out what is causing this reschedule I am starting to become concerning this package will not arrive. Any updates you could offer would be greatly appreciated!

Same is happening to me!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered on the 29/12 2021 and the email from lookfantastic said it would be delivered by 9-11/1 2022. There is noooo tracking update at all!!!! And noooo information from anyone on where my package is, this is total DISASTER and i did not even choose to have you as a delivery which also is total BS. HELP ME ! This is NOT ok!!!!!!!!!
