I got an email this week to say my parcel was delivered but I never received it.I was home all day and nobody called. I contacted the supplier and they have reissued my order again. How fair is that ? you are costing companies money unnecessarily. I’d like to know what courier company you use in Cork Ireland to deliver your parcels and maybe I can contact them myself and track my parcel.

No dia 23/01 efetuei uma encomenda na LookFantastic (HUT1860GB89205215701) sendo que a entrega estimada era entre o dia 02/02 e o dia 04/02, no entanto até hoje não recebi a minha encomenda nem consigo localizá-la, apenas consigo ver que foi enviada. Ja contactei a look fantastic que me disse que enviou o pedido e iria analisar com a vossa empresa mas nunca mais obtive resposta. Paket wurde am 21.01.2022 abgeschickt und hätte spätestens am 03.02.2022 ankommen sollen doch es bewegt sich zwei Wochen nicht. Unter der Sendungsnummer HUT2090GB55253735801 wird nur "im Transit" angezeigt. Wie lange soll ich denn noch warten. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich in dem Shop niemals bestellt.
Olá, Dia 25/01 fiz uma encomenda no site da LOOKFANTASTIC, a entrega dos produtos que encomendei estavam previstos para dia 08/02 (amanhã). Não tenho tido nenhum update no site da FedEx Cross Border desde o dia 02/02, onde ficou em “Site Scan”. Pelo que me parece a minha encomenda com entrega prevista para 08/02 já devia estar no país de destino, coisa que não posso confirmar pois não tenho tido nenhum update do tracking. Update: The order was already supposed to be at destination and instead it is still in UK from weeks ago. This has nothing to do with the delays in NZ. It is already way past the "8 days" transit you mention.

We occasionally ship things with TrakPak from the Netherlands to European countries. In most cases the orders literally get lost before they even get to the distribution center (in Venlo). Highly unreliable service and we switched all our European shipping to a different company. Impossible to work with this company.

Scusate, mi arrivato una email da GLS per la consegna del pacco oggi ,pero come è possibile che mettono il nome della via e non il numero civico, quindi ancora niente che arriva il mio pacco.
