Aug 15,2022Ordered from these on the 27th of July, haven't received anything. Managed to get through to Hermes who they assign delivery too. But they don't give them the package. I own a spraying business in manchester with over 40k followers on all platforms of social media, this is something I have never done, but after seeing these reviews and my personal experience, I feel I am going to have to publicly shame this company. Update: A member of customer services reached out to me said there had been a problem with the delivery company, and within 36 hours the product was here. As promised. I Cannot fault that. Yet to use products yet but will update.

Took me almost two weeks to get a touch up pen and their customer service is next to zero.I was also asked to go searching for it after they assured me it should have arrived but first one went missing in transit. Yet to check the colour for match but not full of confidence on that after reading others comments so I’ll be testing an inconspicuous area first. In short I won’t be using again.

Aug 08,2022Looks like a scam company! I placed an order which I have never received. The Royal Mail Tracking number provided is not recognised. There is no response from the customer service email and the company phone number is on an eternal phone loop with no possibility of your call being answered! Don't waste your money here!

Aug 06,2022I ordered a touch up pen from Paintnuts, was quoted a delivery date and tracking number, neither the tracking number worked on royal mail and delivery date missed by 3 days. When it arrived the lid would not come off, i had to use a screwdirver to get to the fine brush, however i cannot unscrew the larger brush, i'm not a wimp ( an engineer for 30+ years, even using pliers it will not budge. I am going to have to cut the lid off and use another brush. will not use these again , sorry

Aug 06,2022Awful service. It seems to be an increasingly common theme to pay £3.99 for first class postage and yet they pay £1.50 for Royal Mail anytime service. When questioned the response was as if a 5 year old child was emailing and they can’t see the what they’re doing is unethical and wrong . Avoid

Aug 06,2022Don’t listen to the “good” comments, I did and I regret it. Paid for 3-7 day postage after 2 weeks nothing had come so contacted them, they asked me to check with next door, I then asked for items to be resent waited another week and only the paint came even though it had a order slip in the box saying checked TWICE! and I big tick to say order correct, again contacted them and they sent rest of order, waited another week and a half to get that, used on the car today, NOT A MATCH AT ALL! what a load of bull We match the car reg my foot, so glad that I only tried it on a small spot first. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Aug 03,2022Ordered a colour matched pen and got told it can take between 5-7 days. Here I am nearly 2 weeks later and nothing, their tracking system does not work and they could only answer with it'll be here within 48 hours... 3rd time they have said this. I just pray its the correct colour.

Jul 28,2022Purchased an aerosol can of touch up paint for my Kia in November 2021. Did not use it till July 2022 to ensure ambient temperature was high enough as per instructions. Found can would only dispense gas and no paint. Was advised to leave can turned upside down for 30 minutes but this made no difference. Was also told their aerosol paints could not be expected to work properly after 8 months as they clog the tube inside the can. Despite this they print an expiry date on the bottom of the can giving a shelf life of 10 years! Other paint aerosols I have which are several years old still work. They were unwilling to exchange or refund. There are other more reliable and reputable companies from which to buy paint. Can't recommend Paintnuts.

Jul 15,2022Paint pen has no nib so it goes on in drops if your scratch is on top there advise splodge it out with your finger then the color might match stay clear get one with a proper nib

Jul 12,2022They had registration of vehicle and confirmed paint was red, It turned up a dark blue. They say no refund as its correct and I should speak to the manufacturer if I want the right paint. Thats great customer service not ! wish I had read their reviews first. Don't waste your money as they are overpriced anyway.

Jun 30,2022mix up on automated address order took my name and post code but not address / told via email it was picked up by security but still sent, asked why? where did they deliver ?asked to resend told not possible great customer relations not! , ended up with no paint and no refund is this legal

Jun 17,2022Ordered touch up spray and clear coat for my bmw it is Mars Red received some bronzie/coppery colour sent them pictures of invoice and colour mismatch could have lived with a darker or liter shade pity i cant add pictures here it has been more than a week and no reply,So I guess like a lot of others we got burnt nd they got our money.

Aug 19,2022AVOID. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Bought 2 cans of expensive colour matched paint. Gave the registration number and paint code. It was the wrong colour, several shades darker than it should have been. Not fit for purpose. The spray was intermittent and poor quality. Hours of work down the drain but we had to use it because it was ordered over 30 days ago. Poor customer service and poor product. Buy elsewhere.
