Jun 10,2022Item purchased and received. Colour of paint that is meant to match car is darker and doesn’t match cars colour. Nozzle of clear coat was defective and when unknowingly used spattered out clear over painted door and ruined top coat due to faulty nozzle. Emailed company to get slow response who good to them sent out another can of clear but just a nozzle would have been sufficient and no top coat. Emailed asking for touch up due to faulty nozzle multiple times to now be ignored.. poor customer service, would not recommend

Jun 01,2022Very pleased with the customer service! They spotted that the colour I ordered did not match the primer and replaced it. The duo did the job but don’t expect miracles: I covers the scratch but it very much depends on your skills and the size and location of the damaged bits. I am 😃!

May 30,2022Like a few others. Disappointing, colour too dark from the pen. Let them know but was treated like a fraudster. So many things to do to establish a return. They did try to contact to resolve but waited over a week for first one not waiting another to find the same again. I would avoid and go to somewhere who knows.

May 30,2022The paint arrived promptly but unfortunately for me it was too dark when applied. It was far to noticeable. So it's off to BMW where I should have gone in the first place. Lesson learnt!

May 27,2022Avoid at all costs. Ordered a touch up pen but waited to apply to car until temperature conditions were right as per their directions. Paint was nowhere near a match when applied to an inconspicuous area and their excuse to not assist was that I informed them after 30 days after purchase. Couldn't have applied before that due to weather conditions. After an initial response they ignored e-mails for a month and then refused to help over the phone. Claim to have 'great customer service' which is completely false.

May 21,2022I wanted a paint stick having scrapped my car to touch up some minor damage, their website was easy to use, simply put in your vehicle reg and it knows your paint colour and gives you different sized products to but. Delivery was within 5-7 days. It arrived inside of 2 days. The product was a perfect match and super easy to apply but shaking then twisting off the nozzle and using this to apply the paint. Would 100% recommend and will use again if required

May 21,2022Bought a Touch up Pen from these guys 2 weeks ago, just got around to painting the scratches on the car and I can say that the paint is excellent, I followed their easy instructions online and the next day it was near impossible for me to find where the scratch was. I rang their customer services line for some advise beforehand and I cannot fault the entire service provided from ordering easily online to the finished repair work.

May 21,2022Very disappointed! Touch up pen had leaked while in the post. The lid was loose and I still can't secure the lid. I contacted customer service twice to complain and had no response! I advise you to shop elsewhere.

May 18,2022Ordered using the code from the service book, and shade that came did not match, sent pictures of the tester but poor customer service. Advise to look else where and not bother yourself with the hassle.

May 10,2022The order arrived on time and the colour was fine (the spray that is, not the touch-up container which was a shade darker than the car), but be aware that this product is only ok if your car ALREADY has a matte paint finish. If it is gloss, you’ll end up with large matte patches where you spray. The clear “gloss” lacquer is about as effective as spraying a can of water onto it. It does nothing at all. So now I have a part gloss, part matte paint finish thanks to this product.

May 10,2022I ordered paint for my car two weeks ago and the courier company (Evri) has lost the consignment. They initially emailed back to say they would sort it but have now stopped responding to my emails. I’ve had to report them through paypal to try and get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs.

Apr 23,2022Well I liked the products from this company, however I had cause to complain on other occasion re delivery. I noted then that there was no real interest. On this occasion it is Customer Service really not helpful at all I ended up going elsewhere and will not be back.Not that this company will be bothered.63% negative remarks on trustpilot, says it all really.

Apr 21,2022Perfect match for my Suzuki Vitara, which is red and black. Ordering was simply entering your reg number, Paint nuts contacted me as my car is two colours, the red paint was delivered in a couple of days, a perfect match - covered the scratch easily - with lots left over in the applicator. Easy to use, just remember to shake the applicator well. A big tick from me ✔️, highly recommended.

Apr 08,2022Completely wrong colour sent, Paige nice lady said she agreed the colour was totally wrong as sent black when car is blue and that it was their fault and then when you try to resolve it manager comes on the phone and gets very unprofessional and states its customers fault, firstly refuses money back but then says he will (wait to see if true to word). Advise PLEASE use else where

Jun 10,2022Had a one-inch scratch and some scuffing on side of passenger door. The scuffing remover was brilliant, but the touch up paint looked silver, but my car is grey. As I put my reg number in I assumed it was correct and would darken a bit when dry. WRONG! Now the scratch is so evident because the paint was NOT a match. Really, really annoyed as now the scratch sticks out like a sore thumb! You're better off going to the car dealer and getting the correct match!
