Oct 30,2021Feels like a fraudulent website, best avoided. Wife ordered a dress 4 weeks ago and was told it would be shipped in 3-5 days. Followed up after 2 weeks and was told it would be shipped immediately. Have chased up again repeatedly in the past week through email, online form and calling their number but yet to receive a response. The number goes straight to answerphone at all times of day.

Oct 27,2021I had ordered 2 outfits for my little one & 2 outfits for myself from Panash India for a wedding function. The quality of fabric used and the look were absolutely stunning of each and every outfit. To add in, I was very happy as they were prompt on replying and sent my orders as per my request. It was a fabulous experience to shop with Panash India even for my toddler as she was so comfortable with her traditional attire that she wore it without any hassle in the entire function. Oct 01,2021SCAM company- ordered a lehenga in August- was told it would ship within 6 days. They took my money straight away. We are now in October and still haven’t received anything. Shipment says it is still at the hub. Whatsapped the team to question this and they keep lying saying it will come next week. I want a refund. Do NOT order from this company, much better ones on the web.

Sep 20,2021Ordered a kurta pajama set on 5 September 2021. Whatsapp and FB messenger responded promptly till payment was made. Since then I have been texting and sending messages via email, messenger, and Whatsapp but have not got responses except for one email saying order would be shipped on 20 September, Monday. It has not been shipped and I have no hope of it ever being shipped. Want a refund of the amount.

Aug 05,2021I ordered two saree and one saree came with a two pieces attached and looks nothing like displayed pic. I have been trying to reach them from last four days through email, text and phone.Nobody responded yet. Worst customer service. These is my first time ordering with panashindia and very terrible experience and never going to order with them.

Aug 03,2021I placed an order for a lengha on the 21st June and after receiving no communication from the company, I reached out to them and they replied back to me in July informing me that my order will be shipped in 2/3 days. After the 2/3 days, I emailed again to chase up order and received no reply. I then contacted them via WhatsApp after a week and they informed that my order will be shipped in 48 hours. Blatant lies! Complete waste of money, do not purchase from Panash!

Aug 03,2021Such bad experience. 1 of my outfits came and still waiting for other one 2 months later. Phone always goes to voicemail saying "all our agents are busy right now". Emails replied after several days. So far 1st time they said by 22nd July I'd get my other outfit shipped and days later nothing. Last week they said they'd ship within 24 hours. 3 days later still no tracking of shipping or updates. Really upsetting when you need an outfit and are already waiting double the amount of time with no signs of delivery.

Jul 23,2021I was scared to buy from Panash after seeing some of these reviews, but gave it go anyways because the lehengas looked so pretty and were reasonably priced. Went with the custom tailoring option and it was really good. Everything arrived within 2 months. Lehengas look like the pics. HAPPY customer here :)

Jun 09,2021It was my sister's marriage in Jaipur, India, I placed my order online for Anarkali suits for all 4 days occasions, also sherwani for my husband. Some of my dresses I received in Luxembourg and some I asked to deliver in India, once I reached there. My suits were stitched, as I wanted. I was really happy and satisfied with the services of PanashIndia. Sherwani was same as I expected. I received many compliments, everyone was surprised in family that how well I organized everything online. Nov 30,2021Stitching is extremely bad even after giving correct measurements . We contacted the support after 4 days of item delivery and they rejected the complaint and gave explanation that they can resolve issues only within 3 days of delivery of the item. Item reached 3 days after the confirmed delivery date.They will not provide any resolution for the wrong stitching.Do not waste money on the customized item.
