Jun 13,2019Well let's start with the hole that was in my ceiling before we moved in and was told that it would be fixed before we moved in....2 weeks later we moved in and the hole was still there. It took them almost a month to finally come fix it after stuff started falling through the roof to the toilet and the bathroom floor. Also, when we moved in the mailbox key was supposed to be on our counter but it wasn't and called and called for until two weeks later it was finally resolved. Currently, I am dealing with maggots in the light fixture in the bedroom. Had to remove everything from inside the bedroom and move it into the living room and they started falling onto the floor of the bedroom and to make matters worse we found 3 of them in the bathroom and pangea told us they cant get to us until 1-3 business days and that they dont have their own pest control. I dont know who wants to live with maggots and be absolutely sane about it.

Jun 01,2019Very responsive property and office managers. Telephone tenant care agents leave a little to be desired, but overall a good company to lease from. The local staff always responds timely and courteously.

May 21,2019Holes in the floor and wet stops and cracks on ceiling and walls and cracked window Tub and bathrooms sink clogged -Cracked bedroom and living room ceiling -Closet door handle broke because of the 2 different door sizes -bedroom door oversized hard to open when closed -sink and tub needs repainting -Nails sticking out of carpet in bathroom doorway -bathroom need toilet paper holder -toilet constantly runs after each flush -Stove top ventilation doesn’t work - I also have a cracked front window that hasn’t been fix and I’ve only been here for 20days -Air conditioning unit leaks water inside of my bedroom onto my carpet -carpet has nails sticking out the floor that is very dangerous and hazardous -My carpet isn’t properly installed - and I also have really bad ant infestation

May 21,2019One week after moving in our apartment Feb.10, 2019 all the way till April 30th water, food, dark start coming up from the sink and had the whole house smelling like poop, I call every week most times several times a week, till eventually it stop coming from the sink and start coming up from the floor and not only from the kitchen but the bathroom, carpet started 2 mewdew and they still didn't wanna let us out the least or transfer us, finally they transfer us but don't want to compensate for the 90 days of hell they put us threw knot being able to cook in the kitchen take shower, eating out in restaurant every day, cause who cooking in that filthy, and house smelling like pure poop and now wanna charge me may rent all the inconvience for 90 days I been threw just sad you would have to see the pictures and videos, very unhappy, the property manager, is rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, don't answer calls or voice mails and all the residents says it, and nothing gets done about that either, just sad

May 21,2019I just mind my business and keep my area clean. The resident care team on the phone were only there to answer the phone 20% of the time. But when they do answer they do a good job.

Jun 21,2019They don’t fix ANYTHING! It always smells in the hallway. It’s mold in my bathroom which is a Problem because I have young children. On top Of that when we first moved in I saw a mouse and I have never had them before. They took forever to come out and fix that problem. On top of all that the people that stay over me Play their music so loud you can hear it from outside. It make my walls shake and I can’t hear my tv because it’s so loud. I will be moving out very soon. I will never move into any other their buildings again
