May 12,2019Pangea doesn't even deserve one star. They told me I was approved. Every week I was giving them the necessary proof of income. Everytime I called to check on the status of my application, I was given the runaround. Their customer service is lousy

May 03,2019My experience started out fairly bad but there was one agent by the name of Yolanda in chicago that really came through and saved the day! I chose Pangea because I was told that the paperwork could be processed and review within 24-72 hours! 3 days in a Row I waited for a call return from a Supervisor that never came through...That turned into almost 3 weeks of waiting and being passed around to different apartments. I was sent to viewing of apartments that had ALREADY been leased. By the time I was ready to give up on Pangea Yolanda showed me an apartment and followed through correctly. She’s excellent at what she does and I’m extremely grateful.

May 03,2019Place wasn’t what was shown to me when I initially came to rent but it’s nice and paid first months rent to have to turn around and pay another 350 after only being in for 2 weeks

Apr 29,2019Neighborhood is amazing but some light work was needed to be done, Noticed it during the walk through. Moved in and still is not done. Requested maintenance still nothing so they get 3 stars.

Apr 16,2019Leasing management, ParkWest specifically is horrible. Unreasonable fees out of the blue. Second day of staying there my car was towed, due to no leasing agent telling me where to park. Horrible, wish I can break my LEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
