Apr 15,2019I was very impressed with how helpful and kind the staff are. With this being my first apartment on my own I've appreciated how easy the process has been. All the surrounding neighbors are friendly, and for an apartment it's pretty quiet. I have no compliments and I'm very grateful.

Apr 12,2019so far the experience is really good besides the roaches that were there when we moved in bt I really do like the apartment.... the building need a good pesticide exterminator to come clean it up

Apr 11,2019I am a transfer tenant not a new tenant. I asked to move in early and when I arrived I was given the wrong key. My furniture was being delivered at the time I had to go back to the office and had to wait until I received a temporary set to get in the apartment. Also, I paid for a screen door and it took almost two weeks for the maintenance team to put the door on. The door is cheap and does not fit my back door properly. I also ordered bars for my windows and haven't received them yet. In addition, to Pangea losing my cashier check for my early move in fee and first months rent. I had to send my property manager and the accountant team a copy of my receipts. I had to do this because I started to receive emails of a late payment when I paid all fees and my rent the day I moved in. Pangea also put late charges on my account and rental history. I don’t recommend Pangea Real Estate to anyone.

Apr 11,2019The application process was simple giving this was my first ever apt. I was scared and unsure of a lot of things and afraid I wouldn’t get the apt cause I was just starting off no credit, full time job. Once I learned Pangea was first come first served I took a chance and applied went in for a viewing and starting the application process. The wait to see if I was approved was seriously intense. I was scared because I had been turned away so much for not having any credit praying some one would give me a chance and that is just what Pangea did !!!! They gave me a chance to build my credit and have a stable home for me and my children. Pangea also showed me that they care not only about their residents but ordinary people who are trying to make it in life when no one else will give them a chance!!!

Apr 11,2019I love my apartment only problem I have is I only have 2 outlets in my room and one being in a odd place like my closet. My other 3 bedrooms have like 3 outlets but otherwise I. Fine with my apartment and the area and I was a little upset on April 1 2019 my move in date I was in the office for a very long time due to them not being able to find my keys nor my folder and one of the young men a worker kept looking until he found them and assisted me with finishing my paperwork.

Apr 11,2019If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved in a townhome in Pangea Lakes under the management of Nidia. When I first viewed the apartment I seen a roach and was assured that the exterminators would be out. Secondly I could tell that whomever lived in the unit previously had a BAD roach infestation. When I went to view the apartment a second time the rooms and bathrooms were good . It was the lower level kitchen still not in throughtly treated nor cleaned of roach residue and feces. I was again assured that maintenance would handle it BEFORE I moved in. Upon signing my lease NOTHING was cleansed , repaired or replaced . I’ve submitted work order after work order to get things under control. The maintenance here does horrible jobs I’m wondering now if there licensed because this is ridiculous. Everytime I request information of a higher up manager or supervisor no one knows anything.

Apr 11,2019I moved in Saturday April 5, today is April 10th . I view this apartment two weeks ago and it was a refrigerator & stove , I spent well over $320 on food that have got spoil because there’s no stove or refrigerator . It was not screens in all the windows , this apartment was never ready but you guys took my money anyway. You guys have took the stove and refrigerator out my apartment and must have it to someone else . Since the first day I moved in here the hallway floor is wet with puddles like someone pee. Myself & daughter works everyday and we are on a budget but yet have to buy food everyday because we can’t make lunch with no refrigerator or stove . So that’s more money we have to spend, my wife is disabled and she can’t go anywhere to get food , so just Starve her. This apartment is illegal. Let’s resovle this issue before it gets any bigger ! I know my rights as a tenant & I read the least contract .

Apr 11,2019My refrigerator broke after only 9 days in the apartment and I lost all of my food waiting to to what’s going to be done about this. Overall very nice apartment the property management is good and the maintenance grew delivered a new refrigerator today.

Apr 10,2019I chose pangea because they had a wide variety of places to choose from. They did everything in a timely manner and I was in my new home in three weeks. Being at my new home has been great any maintenance request I have they come out within a couple days and fix the issue and are kind and courteous everytime I call. I would recommend pangea to anyone

Apr 10,2019Pangea has a staff that is rude and so unprofessional. Besides that they come into your apartment unannounced. If you can rent somewhere I would advise you to do so. They have a lot to work before they will be stand up to the meaning of the their company's name.

Apr 15,2019I'm New & the Noise Level with this Damn music playing Loud under me is Ridiculous / I have to up @ 4 Am I Can't reach out to anyone about it & the Property Manager Seem to have Turned his phone Off / So I have to Endure All this Loud Music till they get tired Don't think I can deal with this Mess / I just moved away from the same thing 😡😡😡 My son told me I Shouldn't deal with Pangea
