Apr 10,2019So far it has been very good here. The office is very friendly and attentive. I only hate I live so far in the back and I'm disabled so I can't walk to the office and get mail. Also the people above me fight and it sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. The first night I saw roaches! They got the people out to spray and i have not seen any since. But over all the office staff and there professionalism makes me feel right at home...

Apr 10,2019I love my apartment. The process was very easy and everyone was very helpful. I was told at first the process would take about 2-3 weeks. I started the process on a Monday and I was approved the following Monday. The were very accommodating with my move in date and time. I would definitely recommend using Pangea

Apr 10,2019Great place for the kids to be kids. I have toddlers so it's very safe and plenty of room for them to run around. Rooms are pretty insulated so it's warm during winter and noise reduction is good. Plenty of windows for ventilation too. We are very comfortable here.

Apr 10,2019I honestly don't have much to say since I've only been here 3 days. But my only concerns is the dog poop that I keep seeing around the front of the building. Also I would recommend Pangea to others.

Mar 31,2019Wow, i don’t know where to start. I moved in summer of 2018 and i am not happy. I leaving after this lease, one and done. The property is not maintain at all. The mailbox has been broken for months and the trash piled up on and around the property makes it looks very depressing, poor and cheap. I pay over $925 to see a bunch of trash on the stairs and for the property to not be maintained. Buyer beware. One of the dirtiest properties i have ever seen. I am embarrassed to tell people where i live and stay. Lights in the hallway out this is terrible right across the street from oak park as well. I will be moving to Oak Park Apartment when the lease is up. It is a night and day difference between the two properties one property cares and the other one does not.

Mar 26,2019Staff that gives false information, effecting residents negatively, with no responsibility to be held for it. Rude staff. Not personable whatsoever . One employee was decent and I haven't seen her since I moved in. Even GM is not somebody I'd deal with . Office is avoided unless absolutely necessary.

Mar 24,2019Just moved in a month ago and within a week, I started seeing roaches in my kitchen. Not very happy. Everything else is good, but that is the deal breaker.
