I’m giving Pangea a 1 because 0 isn’t available they’re a horrible company! The staff disgust me! Extremely disappointed.
I FEEL LIKE THESE APTS ARE 2 EXPENSIVE FOR A 1 BDRM & HEAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED BUT IT DOESN'T BE ON WHEN IT SHUD BE. I HAVE TO RUN MY STOVE OFTEN TO KEEP WARM, MY UP STAIRS NEIBOR IS LOUD AT TIMES, & I HAVE A MOUSE THATS BEEN IN MY APT SINCE THE DAY IV MOVED IN....

Given the run around when setting up my water bill.! Extreme long waits to connect with operators. Unable to have cable installed maintenance never came and Comcast had to reschedule.
My property manager Chanel Lay (Zone 3) is amazing. I have been renting from Pangea for the past two years and the company and its staff has been great!!! They love what they do.. when there’s a problem they fix it. When you need something to be done they get right on it!!! I’ve sent so many people to the Pangea company when looking for a new home!!!
I give Pangea Pines at this time a star rating of 0 I recieved an eviction only after moving in not even 3 weeks I called because a visitor of mine had there license plate stolen off ther vehicle no one returned my call I have been placed on hold for over an hour still with one one answering I am now without hot water for almost 3 days and no one is responding to my request. With only living here for one month I am sorry I signed a 1 year lease. Poor management and communication. I didnt see this coming. I pray my next 11 months here gets better.

Both of the young ladies that showed various units were professional, knowledgeable and patient. Aleesha, however, went above and beyond by listening to what I was looking for and recommended the place where I now live
They were helpful they were honest and very resourceful. i am more than happy with my new home
So far everything has been A okay, friendly community and very clean. Management stays on check to make sure all residents stay comfortable.
