Besides having to buy my mailbox key, I haven’t had any issues thus far. The property is kept clean and I haven’t had any alarming issues.

I am a transfer tenant so far so good great customer service. Maintenance come out in a timely manner. I got a bigger apartment and it’s going good, Thanks pangea

Ms. Aleesha M the young lady was very patient, very cool and she was very warm hearted never added any navigate seem to be very respectful she did everything that I think a worker should do in trying to service A potential client. she was very understanding pointed out things to you, like the beauty of the place. I like to Thank her for helping me and Finance and being very understanding.

I have been living in Pangea lakes about 2 years now and let me just say this is THE WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL realty I’ve ever lived in and I’ve been renting over 10 years. There is a constant miscommunication between employees and maintenance. The dumpsters are ALWAYS over flowing. There’s a new property manager every 6 months. If you put in a work order and specifically say DO NOT ENTER unless called first, they will still enter as they please. ( been walked in on while undressed 3xs) They added a water bill with no notice the day before its to be paid by just sticking it in our mailboxes. And worst of all, there’s no guest parking and even tenants are towed often. I could go on and on with the lack of professionalism but I’m tired of them stealing my joy. In short stay far, far away! I can’t wait to move!

So far, I haven't had any problems and their checking my apartment for pest before I can even ask for the service.

It's only been two weeks and I enjoy it everyday. Three years ago someone close to me moved into a similar place like mines and I just adored their place. I wanted that place but since it was theirs I couldn't so I wanted a Pangea townhouse of my own. At that time I was in no shape to attain a Pangea townhome. So the very moment after rearranging my life I found myself able to do so and I did. Long story short. I'm living in my dream home. The sunlight is beautiful here. It's quiet and friendly. Thanks for the very warm welcoming home and above average professionalism. Keep up the very best. Very happy renter Steven D.

I been with pangea for 2year my experience has been good. The maintance team is very efficent. I love the townhse i lived in in park forest. And now the apartment im in sauk village. Very clean the buiding also ,and queit. Thank you for making my experience great living in pangea .

I’ve had a horrible experience dealing with Pangea’s unprofessionalism, inefficiency and unreliability. I did everything I was asked to do only to be given the runaround over and over and over and over and over and over again. To make matters worse, NO ONE is on the same page. One person tells you one thing, another person tells you another, then there’s a third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh person—each with a different story of their own. As a result of all the inconsistencies, I lost out on the apartment that I was desperately hoping to get. I was truly excited to be a part of the Pangea community. But, I am officially done. I am truly appalled at how a company with such a big-name can provide such low quality service. I don’t care how many properties they own, I will relocate to another state or even another country before I or any of my family members give them our business. It’s been one, Pangea. My regards to your substandard organization.

Have been with pangea for 2 years and just started having huge issues.. Failed inspection-so they went into abatement.. I paid rent i didnt have to pay and instead of doing the right thing and tell me i didnt have to pay because they were doing a reinspection, (something i didnt know about) they did the opposite. The property manager for the building never return any calls. If it were their money the tenants owed, they would want it immediately. I had a slight issue before when i lost my keys and paid for more keys and didnt receive them until a whole month after, but didnt complain about that. The property manager needs to be replaced ASAP!

The office were i went to pick up my lease and door keys the young lady was not professional to me she wasn't she just rushed through in explaining the lease not really explaning but ok.then she did not inform me that the building manager had the mail box keys.didn't know that until i called and went back to the office.had to do that at least twice may have been more then that.i like the apartment.

I love my apartment so far the process was fast and easy the only issue I had was the viewing got reschedules three time other that I’m happy with my apartment and Pangea

I'm a 7 year resident and I like the fact you can call and they will be there for whatever. So that's why I'm still with Pangea.

I love the customer service I receive from pangeare. I just dislike how the building management lied to me about things in the beginning about my building and when I signed my lease I didn’t see what I was told I would see. Would I go through Pangea again? Yes Would I recommend Pangea? Yes, but I would let them know to be aware of “wolves in sheep clothing”. People who say one thing and do another.

Honestly The apartments itself aren't bad. I was three days into my apt. and i started to get pest. I was highly upset because if i would've known day one or two I would have left. the maintenance team needs to be more responsive it shouldn't take 1-3 business days for those matters. Also i have yet to meet my property manager as a newly tenant you would think they would want to reach out to you introduce themselves. This is my first apt. and I'm Learning a lot. Pangea inst so bad just probably wont do it again.
