Jan 31,2019I moved in my apartment 2months ago and I must say it was one of the worst mistakes I could've made in my life. I live in this building managed by Pangea at 6745 S. Oglesby and I must say the building is nice and quiet but my apartment stays cold. There is no damn way I have to burn my stove in order to keep my place warm. At night the place is even colder and I did complain but nothing was done. I have to run my water for about 10 minutes in order for it to get hot and I also have to pay a water bill here. Pangea is the epitome of slum Lord and if you can avoid it DO NOT RENT FROM Pangea. Trust me when I tell you you will regret it. If you have friends that told you bad things about Pangea, BELIEVE THEM!!!! I will be reporting this sham of a company to the BBB as well as the city and State Attorney to look into deceptive practices. This is NOT a threat but a promise and I can assure you there will be an investigation.

Jan 25,2019(My name is Patra Townsend) These people are soooo damn terrible!!!! I literally DO NOT have a ceiling in my living room. . I hear squirrels running through the walls all day. Months ago it was leaking water. These morons came and PAINTED OVER THE LEAKS!!!! Not the entire ceiling fell through and the walls are pealing soooo bad. They did nothing about the wall. The put CARDBOARD over the huge hole. & guess what? The cardboard got wet and fell... duh! I'm basically sharing an apartment with squirrels Now &a they're not paying to stay here with me!!! There's mold in my apartment which THEY KNOW!!! Carbon monoxide leaks.... THEY KNOW ... I had the fire department come out . These people does absolutely NOTHING. But they'll come collect your rent though. I have no radiator in my kitchen so it's cold as hell in there and only gets warm when I cook. And MY WINDOWS DONT OPEN!!!!! These people are the fvcking devils. Don't EVER GO THROUGH PANGEA FOR NOTHING!!!! Calling that damn 888 number does NOTHING!!!! Property managers & the entire management is ignorant and careless. I have soooo many emails asking for help from these people, complaining, asking for someone to come out and I've gotten NOTHING!!!! They don't even try to call back or respond. This is sick!!!! This company is SICK! They don't care about your well being or anything. I'm currently seeking legal action & if you're having similar problems I suggest you do the same!

Jan 17,2019When I called to have some things fixed around the house, maintenance came and fixed it with no problem. The manager at pangea is so understanding and professional. I love the atmosphere in the office. The leasing agent that helped me get my apartment was so helpful that couldn't help but thank her. I love Pangea!

Jan 16,2019This is my first apartment and I like the apartment so far, it’s very spacious inside and kind of clean. I did see a couple roaches so that need to be handled ASAP. Ummm... there is a lot of stray cats and dogs but I love animals so it doesn’t bother me. I just feel bad for them because it is so cold outside. Maybe we can start a organization for them so they can have families.. but everything else is great.

Jan 16,2019I like my apartment , there’s little fixings that need to be done but for some reason I’m having the worse experience . I hate being a complainer however I’m paying my money so I want things to be right and I want to be comfortable the whole point of me being in my own apartment. It’s a lot of little things that could turn into big issues. Hopefully it all gets better 🤷🏾♀️

Staff synergy to complete assessment based on apt request is all great. Prompt response to emanating issue has always been a first priority on first come basis. Jan 14,2019I remember when i use to only “search” Pangea apartments, for some reason representatives use to call me immediately asking about my search. NOW that I’m in an apartment i can’t get ONE person to come do their job correct!! I’ve been calling for weeks at a time about my hot water not being hot and for some reason, nobody knows WHY it doesn’t work. VERY frustrating. Never had a problem with my water until it started getting cold outside & still that’s not even a good excuse. Patiently waiting for the spring to arrive.
