Jan 03,2019Hello... My name is Marlana S... And I currently reside in one of Pangea's South Shore Apartments.. And I must admit when I first moved in my complex...my building received many different property managers that came and went... But I'm happy to say that since Davina B has become my Property Manager I've seen an improvement as she strives toward making sure her tenants are satisfied in their homes...and if there's any issues within her reach to handle...she gets on top of it right away... so I just wanna say THANK YOU Pangea for finally granting me with a overseer who cares!!!

Dec 28,2018Glad I got the apartment. The idea of the company and its ability to cater to many different levels of income was/is superb in my opinion. The focal point of improvement which I observed would be communication. There were multiple times during the process where bad communication, or a lack of communication led to unnecessary funds spent for travel by the showing agent as well as myself. In addition to a poor consideration of everyone’s, that is who was involved with the process, time. i.e showing me an apartment classified as modified-which I was not applicable to receive, after already applying and providing my personal information. i.e showing me an apartment that had already been rented and/or had lease signed.

Dec 28,2018I have just spent view weeks in this apartment (not up to a month). So far so good the area and ambience of the apartment is not bad. The kitchen and toilets equipments are apparently becoming obsolete, but they are still functioning well in their own capacity. Generally Pangea Meadows...fairly great!

Dec 28,2018The best place I ever rented from. The location is great and convenient. The building is secure and clean. The advisors were helpful and professional. They were quick to help me get an apartment. I would recommend Pangea to anybody who needs to move because they will help you find what you need.

Dec 28,2018I simply love my new apartment. The building is nice, quiet and very well kept. I do sweep the hallway from time to time tho. I love my property manager as well. Whenever I have a problem, I can call her and she do what she can to help resolve it. She even left her Christmas party to come and bring me my new set of keys. Everything is perfect (so far).

Dec 23,2018Customer service could really use some help being transferred 11 time just to schedule a viewing is unprofessional. No having easy access to your property manger sucks...an waiting 5-8 days for a call back or response to a work order...not acceptable

Dec 12,2018I just moved in my new apartment in the beginning of December 2018. So far so good..My apartment is so nice. Haven’t seen no creatures or insects. If I listened to all the bad things people say about Pangea...I would still probably be staying in the worst building ever or some where worse. Check them out for yourself before listening to anyone. Different people never get the same results as others.

Dec 12,2018Being a new resident to Pangea properties! I didn’t feel the want welcome only a new renter. There were several problems with my keys and my mailbox problems That haven’t been fixed. I’ve only been in this place a week. Not a good experience so far

Dec 12,2018Moved me into an apartment with roaches and are refusing to switch my apartment. Have had 3 treatments so far and still have them. Can’t wait barefoot in my own place. I try to stay gone as much as possible so I don’t have to deal with it. The lady said that they didn’t know it had bugs but a different lady said they had bombed it and treated it a few days before I moved in so I’m guessing they knew it had bugs but didn’t inspect it before I moved in to make sure. Will not be renewing my lease and anybody who ask me about the apartment I’m going to tell them it’s horrible. Thanks 👍🏼

Dec 12,2018Being with Pangea as a new resident has been an opportunity I consider grateful! The journey was not a long one. Not one time did I feel like my voice was not heard. I called and every time I put in a request or needed something I was giving that very thing. I’m new and I’m happy with the decision I made! So don’t be afraid to try something new you To will grown to appreciate and be thankful when your turn comes‼️

Jan 10,2019Everything is nice starting with the set up of the inside of the apartment. I like the space and the overall look of it.The staff is very helpful and friendly. I’ve meet some of the tenants (neighbors) I assume lol. I like the downsize of apartment all together, it’s just right. I love I can pay rent automatically from bank account. It’s truly a new found freedom. Thank God. Amen
