Nov 17,2018This my first apartment and I been looking to rent for a while now and I kept getting turned down so I was browsing on google and Pangea popped up I seen an apartment I like I call schedule a showing they ran my credit now I have my very first apartment because of them my only issues is that you have to pay for water which is a lot when you already paying light gas and rent on top of other things but other then that I like it so far but not the water part

Nov 17,2018Hi I moved in November 1, 2018. The apartment came with appliances, but I had no refrigerator. I lost my food and I lost money missing work. I paid Pangea in full until January of 2019. I would not recommend Pangea to anyone and I am waiting till my lease is up and then I am moving. They are unprofessional and nothing gets done.

Nov 01,2018I keep telling them how freezing cold we are every single day and how they do not turn these radiators on often enough to give us heat. They are freezing us out of here! I sleep with space heaters and the stove on! The night 2 weeks ago it was so cold in here my kids took their sleeping bags into the KITCHEN AND SLEPT IN FRONT OF THE OVEN!!! We are freezing! And now my son is sick! I have been complaining to them for a month about the fact that they do not turn on these radiators often enough! It is currently 3:05am and im freezing ! I have been home since 8:30pm and the radiators have not been on once! I have called 311 4 times and 311 says they get complaints on them daily! They do not care about families! I will be filing an official complaint in the morning. With who? I dont know, but someone is going to listen to me! I AM FED UP

Oct 17,2018I've always looked around me wherever there can is customer service involved. That's pretty much anywhere you go. I always even without, be ask to do so, I evaluate people in there position to serve others. I came to Pangea needing shelter, for a cancer patient, and myself. My first impact or thought was how clean the outside appearance is or how clean it can be. It passed my inspection. So that led me to the front door to apply. The customer service was all that I should be, And I thank those who helped me, get the answers I needed. The service was a ten on the scale.I feel like I have a place to come home to. Oct 12,2018I like Pangea a lot when you need something they’re on it love how clean the building is.. Things I don’t like you can’t call the local office you have to go in some things are very expensive to fix like a clogged drain cost 100$ so if you can fix the problem your self please do so but other then that love them and I’ve never knew a place where u had to pay water 😫
