The people in the leasing office where very nice and helpful. I just wish it was easier to contact them. My apartment is very clean. The lawn is very well kept up with.
I enjoy living here; it’s quiet, the leasing staff is helpful, my apartment is well maintained, I have all new appliances, and the rent is very reasonable. I would recommend Meadows to anyone.
I have nothing but great thoughts about Pangea Real Estate and would gladly recommend this company as it was recommend to me.

Pangea has way to many steps just to rent a unit the rent I must say it is affordable but for the extra it’s not worth it I need to add that I have not been able to stay in my unit since moving in there’s a big hole under the bathroom sink where a rat can come in I didn’t have any heat from Wednesday to Monday they did correct that issue the unit it reeks with a cat or dog smell either it was an animal(s) with the last tenant or the carpet was overly staurated when it was “cleaned” my socks got wet while I was attempting to unpack but due to the smell I had to stop unpacking I have calling and calling no response only when I make the call to the property manager I get a brush off response I guarantee on the 1st they will want their rent if this issue is not resolved I will be contacting the news and tenant rights I will put my stuff back in storage before I pay them another dime this is ridiculous who can live in a unit with this smell..... I bet they won’t live in a unit like this no I would not recommend Pangea
The disconnect in communication is frustrating during the application process. I feel you should be assigned to one person during the process.

Been a resident less than a week and been without a working refrigerator. I'm spending extra money on fast food. They say its high priority but it takes 1-3 days for someone to come out. The refrigerator has a bad order and have my Kitchen smelling like a dumpster. Why should we be inconvenienced but they expect the rent on time. I put a work order in about me not receiving a mailbox key they came by to drop the key off but didn't look at the refrigerator.. I am so frustrated.

I honestly love living here ! I filled out my application and got an approval the next morning I was so excited. They are so helpful and nice I couldn’t ask for a better property management. Maintenance is on time and ready to work. Rent for the townhomes are very affordable
I paid for my move-in on a Friday, I was told I had to wait one week before I could move in move in, the reason being that they to check and go over the apartment to make sure that it is ready to move in. Also, I was told by the zone office, that I had to wait until 12:00(noon) before I can pick up the keys. I arrived at 12:00, guess what! NO ONE WAS THERE! I waited for one hrs (1:00)pm before someone arrived from lunch. Then once I received the Keys, they DID NOT fit the apartment door, I came back to the zone office on 71st St., she told me to contact my building Manager, GUESS WHAT! his phone was full and can't receive messages, 1 hr. later I received the keys, GUESS WHAT, the apartment was FILTHY and NASTY, the carpet was dirty toilet was filthy window was dirty, grease was on the Kitchen floor, doorbell did not work, window screen had holes in them, it was a total mess. I had to clean the entire apartment by myself, not to mention that there was a big leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink. Pangea has yet to come out to shampoo the carpet, after calling several times to request it. The building Manager, fake like changing the door locks, but he did not. I wasted a whole day just trying to move-in. It was just a terrible experience for me, not to mention now they keep the move-in fee (NoN-refundable) Also, why couldn't Pangea pro-rate the first-month rent for waiting one week, instead the said it will be pro-rated the second month. The front yard looks like I live in the PROJECTS somewhere! OH YEAH one last thing, I have lived in CHICAGO all my LIFE and never had to pay a WATER BILL to rent an APARTMENT, DAMIT!
I love pangea they offered a new clean and safer environment for me and my son and i haven't had any issues with the apartment and i thank them for letting me be a resident.

The date of appointment wasn't kept to. Roaches everywhere. The apartment looks like it was hurriedly put together for move in. The other window in the living room doesn't stay open; apparently the glass used is really heavy to stay up. The staircase leading up to apartment entrance is really old and worn out.
