I picked to rent with Pangea because their units were nicely done. You can tell that they value their tenants by keeping the grass cut and building up to part and units clean. I went to see a couple of their apartments, all the floors were nicely done, waxed and freshly painted. As well as clean appliances which was a plus. I knew then they cared about their property and wasn’t gonna be a slum lord. Only thing I don’t like is having to pay a water bill.

I lovePangea real estate company, you guys have some good apartments if anything need to be fixed you guys be there in time. I have a great property manger Danny, and from day one being an Pangea resident he has been a great property manger for me.

I'm rather disappointed in the apartment I rented at 9404 South Laflin. The odor of marijuana is always present in the halls. Kids that live in the building ringing the wrong door bells just trying to get in the building. I cannot sit in my living room to enjoy a movie because tenants have their music so damn loud!!! If I had the money and/or the energy, I would leave. The apartment is nice it's just some of the people in the building. It would be nice is the carpet was vacuumed at least once a week. IJS!!!

I am happy now that I am in my apartment. Was a little disappointed in the follow up after I completed the application. Rather than call me to inform me of how things were coming along, I had to call them and repeatedly leave messages because no one would ever answer the phone. Apparently they are not very good at following up. Since being here I asked a question about my apartment and was told I would get a call the next day. That was almost a week ago. So far, poor follow up is my only real complaint. Hopefully once my lease is up, that’s my only complaint.

I was shown the apartment threee weeks in advance of my move in date. The day I was was given the keys to move in to my surprise the toilet was missing! Thus was on a Saturday the following Monday was labor day weekend. After making all the necessary calls I was told it wasn't their department to handle the situation, the call to the person responsible for handling did answer or return the call. On to that i was insultedof with the suggested that I stay with family. Some one d definitely dropped the ball here. It was four days later before we had a toilet.

My property manger is very awesome if i have any problems or need anything fix she make sure it is done right i give her 10 Stars plus

I like the community access and vibe. The office staff is great very attentive and polite. Maintenance is a bit slow but I'd still recommend a pangea community to anybody looking for a place to call home

The lady that showed the apartment was very friendly and professional. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the rent was very affordable. The application process was easy and I got the apartment. Pangea made it very easy and fast, I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Apartment was clean and fixed up and ready to by my move in date also maintenance is fast to show when call on. Comes with new blinds and appliances. only bad thing is they have a lot of rules that's not necessary to have when paying some much for rent

14100 Tracy was shown to me on yesterday.Michelle was very helpful and answered all the questions I had for her.Any questions I asked she answered them nice and polite.Her services was great overall.Very nice friendly understanding worker.I will send more people to her if they in the process of looking for a new

This is my first apartment and I must say I wasn't mad about it. It felt like home and that's something that I'm big on. The Customer Service is great and very helpful and it's a nice place to build my family in.

I love how quick the approval process was. The moving in process was a little bit longer but overall it was a great experience. So far so good!
