I am happy with services thus far
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because there is always room for improvement. But so far they have met my expectations. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Any questions or concerns about the apartment have been answered and concerns have been addressed in a timely fashion. I definitely feel like I am getting my money's worth so far.
Apartment very cozy, well finish... I love it....
We have lived here since May of 2014, and do not intend on leaving anytime soon. We enjoy the neighbors, the neighborhood, and the small backyard we have with our townhouse. Jay (Manager) is easy to talk to, and understanding. The staff is great, Julio in maintenance is quick, neat, and does everything he can to help when there is any problem. Irene is fantastic, she keeps the laundry rooms neat and clean, and can always be found if there is something needed on the property. All in all, we feel very comfortable here, and have signed a 2 year lease to prove it!
Pangea Real Estate took my money and 3 days before it was time for me to move in told me that they ran a background check and that I had an eviction on my background and wouldn't be able to move in. I had already signed the lease pay them the move-in fee and was already packed for my current residency, this was a huge inconvenience very distasteful and unprofessional. When I asked for my move-in fee return they told me it will take 7 to 10 business days for me to receive my check although they took it out my account the same day I let them know that because I wasn't moving into their residence I need my money back to find a new residence it still took over 2 weeks for them to refund me my money. I think their process needs to be more clear cut and if they are doing additional background checks on their tenants prior to moving in and needs to be done in a timely manner 3 days before moving in to inform somebody that they're unable to move in due to an eviction that they weren't even aware of is a huge inconvenience.
I love my one bedroom ! Its spacious for just me and the area and people around me are do nice . I just started my lease and i will stay here longer !
I believe Pangea a pretty good company that's why I chose Pangea
The only thing I didn't like was having to get money orders for everything. Even though I had checks, credit card, and debit card. I don't get it.
I’m fairly new to Pangea. However they have fulfilled everything I’ve asked of them. We will continue to see how this goes.
My house was clean when I moved in everything was set up. I enjoy it it’s everything they said it was and I appreciate the helping finding my new home.
I still havnt heard from anyone from pangea,the property manager or their upper management In regards to the infestation issue. No member of pangea pest control has came to spray as I have made 2 requests for pest control as well since making the initial review 4 days ago.
Comfortable and Cozy
Couldn't get the Pangea apartment I wanted and dream about. I cried when I couldn't get it because of my income. I was so mad I was done with Pangea! Pangea Customer Service young lady Named Erica Jay sweet voice like an angel said don't give up on us we will find you an apartment with Pangea. Erica did it. she helped me and my son find a 2bed 2bath apartment on the West side of Chicago. I'm so happy now and my son who has autism and can't get him out of the bathroom. My life has a new order God Jesus and Erica Jay Im sending her a gift. Doris M. Dawson

The apartment is ok. I dont have screens in the windows. The customer service dept is not welcoming and does not work with you. There is a serious disconnect from what you are told in the office and over the phone.
every contact was professional and proficient from the first Contact all the way to the final and move in. I was especially grateful for the way Donna handled my experience.
UPDATE: 7/25/2018. As before the office employees and building manager are awesome! The maintenance team, not so much. I received a new hardwood looking kitchen floor. It looks great. However, it was put down over the existing floor (the old tiles were not removed first). When I walk on it I can feel the bumps and dips where the old tiles are broken. Also, the quarter round and other trim was not removed first so there is not a clean finish. I can see the cuts that were made in the boards at the edges. I do not think there is a cleaning crew for the inside of the building. The hallway carpet is filthy. There were scraps of trash, cigarette butts, etc in hallways (I eventually picked it up). The washers and dryers, 3 each, work great. Clothes come out clean. There are folding tables also. The office employees and building manager are great. The apartments are a decent size. This building is in a great location for someone who uses public transportation. The building also had a laundry room. My not so great experiences are: I had to clean the stove and refrigerator when I moved in. My toilet did not flush. I was told twice that it was an "emergency maintenance issue" and would be fixed by the end if the day, on two different days. It took four days to repair. Most of the kitchen tiles were coming up, this could be seen as soon as stepping in the door. There are other cosmetic repairs needed.They should be completed within the next two weeks. The 2 stars given only for being immediately greeted when coming in the door and the seemingly friendliness of the employees in the office and also the attentiveness of the building manager when I spoke to her. The other stars lack because (my personal opinion, of course), the repairs needed can be seen immediately. These things should have been cleaned, repaired and replaced before I moved in. Also, employees do not stop personal conversations when non- employees are in the office. I do not think residents should be charged for a parking sticker if there is a possibility of having to park on the street. Paying rent gets me this apartment. Paying for parking should give me a spot to park. Since parking is limited, if there are 30 spaces. Offer 30 parking passes. Have a waiting list. As people move out, offer that spot to the next unit on the list. I asked how the doorbell/intercom worked I was told that it is not working and it probably wont be fixed. Also, the agents that show the units should be familiar with the building. I asked if there was a laundry facility in the building I was told no.
I like living in Pangea courts because it is clean ,well lit at night , work orders are taken care of fast and I can pay my rent on line. I recommend living in Pangea courts.
I love my apartment they is a great team and I got my apartment asap

Aug 09,2018I had to switch apartments because the MICE WERE IN MY BED every morning when I came home from work!! Instead of covering up the holes with a rug. Please take time to complete the apartment before renting. Thanks
