Jul 11,2018I like and enjoyed the experience I went thru from viewing available units to meeting with property mgr and the signing of my lease, everyone I met was courteous and professional. However, on move in day I discovered that the lights in half of my unit didnt work (lights only in living rm n kitchen) and there was no electrical cord attached to stove had to wait for it to be ordered and my mailbox was broken (was not given a key). It started out bad but once I called it took several days but everything has been corrected and me and my family are enjoying our new surroundings. Thank U

Jul 11,2018When I was filling out the application for me we got to respond back right away within 24 hours to let me know that I got approved for different apartments in my area. The move in with smooth everything went cordingley to plan during my move in day. The neighbors were nice and helpful Pangea company was helpful and understanding or if I have any questions to please give them a call. I have recommended to people already to Pangea one got approved recently the other one is waiting on pending

Jun 29,2018Everyone helping us to get the apartment was nice and helpful. The process took a little longer than we had hoped for but it didn't bother us too much. Otherwise ever thing else about the experience renting here was amazing.

Jun 28,2018I Just moved into the unit last weekend and my stove is not working. It has not been fixed and I had to contact Resident Care multiple times in order to get someone to even acknowledge the issue I am having. I was told there was an appointment schedule but there was not date given.

Jun 26,2018So far I have been living in my unit for 2 months and it started off terible and now its even worse. The property management doesn’t make the maintenance team clean your apartment before you move in even when it says your unit is to be cleaned prior to move in date. They take forever to respond to a maintenance request claiming there are set days for a certain request and still don’t follow that. The tenants are rude, disrespectful, loud, noisey, and obnoxious and even after multiple complaints the property manager does nothing about it and soon ignores you and the situation. NEVER MOVE HERE.! I made the worst choice ever and won't be moving into another one of their apartments.

Jul 12,2018I'm from the area so I feel comfortable somewhat living where I live(79th Paulina. People say I live in a bad neighborhood but their is violence everywhere! My neighbors have been very welcoming every time I come home. It's easy for me to shop for food, clothing, or other necessities that I may need.
