When the whole cinch/cazoo thing took off in 2020, I always used to think “There’s no way I will buy a car like that”! - but living in Derbyshire and finding a car in Hampshire made me reconsider this opinion - and I'm so glad I did! The guidance provided by Andrew Smith and his team were so helpful, and the daily updates have been brilliant and have massively alleviated my concerns about buying a car in this fashion, and I would not hesitate doing so again. Following my unfortunate experience with Berry BMW Heathrow that tried the hard sell with all manner of insurance policies from paint to wheels. Then took 6 weeks to return my £1000 deposit after several ‘phone calls, my experience with Partridge BMW at Chandlers Ford couldn’t be more different. Andrew was utmostly professional throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend more highly.
I recently contacted Partridge BMW and enquired about part exchanging my car for something new. I gave Andrew Smith a list of requirements and within a week or so, Andrew had managed to locate the car that ticked every box. Communication from Andrew was brilliant from day one and this continued when I dealt with Kevin Diaper to arrange a time to pick up my new car. Buying and selling cars can be a stressful experience but Andrew and his team made it an enjoyable one and the process was simple. A little bit like the dentist, everything seems fine and you leave a lot poorer than you were. Also offer a lot less than other BMW dealers around the country in way of servicing, cleaning the car (especially due to COVID) and loan cars while servicing.
New company car (BMW 530E which is stunning!) leased via Partridge BMW. Excellent service provided by all at Partridge - communicative, clear and kept to promised timelines. Stephanie Morley provided exceptional customer service. Good job all.

I’d give 5 stars were it not for the fact my brand new Mini arrived minus the Ariel. When I first contacted the dealership to report this I was told that the model was not supposed to have one in spite of their being a screw mounting. Unhappy with the reply I contacted them again, spoke with someone else and got a completely different response ( there is supposed to be an aerial). Now on order but out of stock. It’s little things like this that fall short of excellent customer service.

Mar 09,2022Had my EGR Cooler replaced for a recall. Immediately after being done it came up with a fault about EGR valve being stuck in the open position. Then a couple months later I had to top up engine oil and noticed the EGR was leaking coolant. Partridge BMW investigated this and said it was the EGR valve leaking and nothing to do with the cooler replacement so wanted to charge me nearly £500 to fix this. When I said no they then gave me a charge of £120 for diagnostic work with was then reduced to £72. Now I have to fork out for a new EGR valve which was clearly damaged by Partridge BMW
