I was a little apprehensive entering a long distance sale, having not seen the car in person, it was a little scary, but Josh has been brilliant sending a video straight away and explaining/ keeping me in the loop of what I needed to do and the next steps. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car! 🚘 All done and delivered within a week too. 1st class service 💯 recommend, Thankyou! Josh 🙏

I was greeted warmly by Paul who booked my car in and then guided me to the waiting area. Esther and Nick kept me informed about the progress of the car and couldn’t have been more helpful. Mar 21,2022I don't normally write reviews as I would expect great service from a BMW Dealer but this time I must! I met with Andrew Smith as I was interested in buying a 2 year old BMW X3. I have bought many cars over the last 40 years and Andrew Smith is without hesitation the most professional Sales Manager I have ever bought a car from and I don't say this lightly. After I test drove the car we sat down to do a deal. He listened intently to what I had to say as I was also trading in a car. We very quickly agreed a very good deal between us. The following week when I was due to pick up the car, he telephoned me to say that they were going to change the tyres as most were found to be on the minimum tread depth that Partridge BMW allow and that they were going to fit replacement new tyres. I have never experienced this level of customer care before. Andrew has handled to whole sales process with me from start to finish and made it so easy and painless. He is highly experienced, a great communicator, very professional and 100% trustworthy. I would buy from him again and again without hesitation...... if I can afford to do so!! Thank you Andrew.

Mar 14,2022I collected my previous BMW from Partridge, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire 3 years ago and was very pleased with their service. I was therefor very pleased to be contacted by them last summer to enquire whether I would like a new car upon the expiry of that contract. They provided very competitive quotes on the various options I was interested in and, having received higher quotes from all other companies I contacted, I placed the order. Andrew Smith has been of great assistance throughout the period between placing the order last autumn and receiving the car last week, sorting out any minor issues which occured and keeping me fully informed of progress. Izabela Lazi took over the delivery arrangements and, despite being on holiday 2000 miles away, contacted me on the day to ensure the hand over went smoothly. All of the staff I encountered at BMW Chandlers Ford were brilliant and I cannot thank everyone involved enough. Martyn B

Great customer service, thank you. Only wish the transfer of the downloaded software was as swift and easy to do #makeaneasytaskmoredifficult
