Excellent comms throughout and a very easy transaction. The car is nearly new and was delivered in immaculate condition. Andrew Smith was very helpful throughout and followed up to ensure I was happy with my new car. Highly recommended.

Jan 08,2022Cannot recommend Partridge BMW highly enough, particularly the fantastic customer service provided by the member of the Corporate sales team, who couldn’t have been more helpful when resolving an issue with my car. Throughout the several phone calls and emails it took to find a resolution, the staff were not only very helpful, but also a delight to speak to. Having had several BMWs over the years, and not having had anything but an average experience at best, I can honestly say that if I were ever to buy another BMW again in the future, I’ll be contacting Partridge BMW - even though they are not in any way local to me.

Eventually she got to the bottom of the issue and discovered there could be a further delay of some months. They were able to get me another car as a replacement within a few weeks which was fantastic.

Zdenek Kalok at Partridge of Hampshire has been very helpful and is extremely quick to respond to queries and my follow ups for updates. He is a pleasure to deal with, very professional and provides clear and complete information. It has been a pleasurable experience and now can't wait for the car to be delivered!
