Nov 18,2021We ordered a new sofa and armchair on line having seen and sat in the items elsewhere. The offer on line was excellent and supported with free delivery to our area. The website was easy to use and the order was placed without any issue in under 5 minutes. I did query one point by email and the sales team at Pavilion responded very quickly by telephone. We were told delivery may be after Christmas as 1 item was pending a delivery from the manufacturer; as it transpired the order was satisfied within 6 weeks. Communication was excellent throughout and the delivery was exactly as promised within the window. Would definitely recommend and would consider for future purchases.

When I arrived at the shop, I was given a friendly greeting and shown to the sofa I'd come to see. Ordering and arranging delivery was easy. One week later I took delivery of the sofa, it was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition and brought into the house by two very efficient and helpful delivery team. Happy to recommend Pavilion Broadway to my friends.

Adjusted delivery date, when I wasn't available, to a week later with no problem. Delivery was very good, the two gentlemen assembled the unit and removed all packaging. They were cheerful, polite and effective. Highly recommended.

The experience unfortunately was marred by a very abrupt lady I spoke to when I was trying to arrange a more convenient delivery due to being at work in the week. No understanding at all. Although everyone else I dealt with was superb sadly she loosed the team down. But the furniture fulfilled every expectation š

The two delivery chaps were first class, friendly, polite and very helpful. Good ambassadors for a company which was a pleasure to deal with. Also, we love the Dining Table!

Nov 23,2021Lovely staff in store who helped me order a wonderful wingchair, allowing our dogs in out of the freezing cold while we checked what we wanted to buy. Great delivery processes, although sorry to the van team as the dogs barked so loudly when they came to deliver the chair !!
