Sep 11,2021They had exactly the table we wanted at a lower price than the competition and with very prompt delivery. When it arrived it was far heavier than we expected and we could not have managed to put it together ourselves. After a quick call back to the office to check it was OK the delivery team put it together for us. We cannot speak too highly of Pavilion’s performance and can strongly recommend them.

Jul 26,2021I asked for delivery after a certain date which is what happened. I was offered a delivery slot which was not convenient but it was easy to alter this to a slot which was. The items were bulky but the delivery people ensured all were put into a room of my choice.

Jul 15,2021Just received our item, the service was excellent, the item was the best price around (and less than it was 'on sale' from a competitor), communication was precise, delivery guys were great too, and the item actually exceeded our expectations. Top to bottom stress free order, and really appreciated it because there are so many sofa story nightmares of things not being delivered on time. Thank you to entire team.

Jul 08,2021Overall a really helpful Company/Shop with a great choice of excellent quality Furniture. They sent me lots of material samples before I chose and took me through ordering my Sofa step by step. The Delivery was well organised by their Courier company and the Sofa was ready 10 weeks after Ordering as expected. The only thing a little annoying, I rang to check (2x days before Delivery !) whether I had Sofa Protection included. I couldn't remember. I was told (very helpfully) that 'Fabric Protection Spraying' was no longer an Service as not 'environment friendly', but she thought there was another 'non-spray' Protection I could have and she'd confirm at 4pm (when I was free to talk). Instead I got a call from a different lady who told me there was no such thing, just a 5 year protection insurance cover policy, and she sounded quite annoyed. Only this final phone call with the company made me give Pavilion Broadway 4x Stars instead of 5x.
