Apr 28,2021I have now twice made purchases from Broadway Pavilion. In both cases I have made a choice through the official website. The lamps were of luxury quality and delivered in the promised time all carefully wrapped and with no fault. I was advised to come over to the shop to see and have a feel of the bedroom furniture I was thinking to buy. . My furniture was at the warehouse already and I was kindly allowed to see it there. I have placed an order and it was delivered all the way to Wales in three working days to my surprise! I have been notified by email and a text message about my delivery day and time. How convenient! I am very pleased with the service and quality of the pieces. I would highly recommend to do purchases in Broadway Pavillon if you require high quality of goods , brilliant service and peace of your mind.

Mar 24,2021Very helpful staff online and the purchase was straightforward. Delivery was also good, with ETA only a little out but as it was at the end of the day it could have been much less accurate. The delivery men were very helpful and didn't seem to mind taking the mattress upstairs for us.

Feb 25,2021Having had bad experiences with two other companies trying to purchase this coffee table Pavilion Broadway were a breath of fresh air. Spoke to Sue who checked with the warehouse that they definitely had the table in stock. Half an hour after placing the order received a call to let me know that they could deliver it the following morning. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

May 11,2021I must have been unlucky when compared to all the positive reviews. Its been appallingly bad from the start. Ordered easily enough online and the funds were taken immediately. There was no expected delivery date on the order confirmation but the website mentioned a date two weeks later. That was fine. Buying in plenty of time as a birthday present. Anyway, from then on, zero communication. Expected date came and went. Chased up to be told it will be 'tomorrow', then 'end of the week', then next Monday, then next Wednesday - each time having to chase up myself rather than receiving any communication. So I cancelled my order only to be told they can't cancel the order with their suppliers. Meanwhile I have ordered from a different supplier who delivered in 24 hours. I'm still waiting for the cancellation and a refund. Be warned.
