Jul 05,2021Had 2 attempted orders from this place. First one ordered in may, in June emailed to ask what was going on they said it would now be august so I cancelled the order. Then I made another order a month later they took the money from my bank but I got no order confirmation. Spoke to an appallingly rude lady who was no help at all. Still in limbo with over £1100 missing from my bank. Will avoid this company and never use again!

Jun 26,2021Very helpful when we purchased a new rug and offered simple return policy if not satisfied. The rug was delivered much quicker than expected direct from the manufacturer. Packaging was exceptional and the rug is fantastic😁. Very pleased with Pavilion and fully recommend them.

May 31,2021We obviously were shopping on-line and found the piece furniture that we were looking for and then contacted the store by telephone and the gentleman made our order and payment hassle free and painless(well apart from parting with money that is) and told us that we would have delivery withing two weeks which we did and the delivery guys were on time and un-packed safely and situated the furniture were required
