Feb 24,2024These guys a scumbags. You signup for .99 cents and then they take $77 out of you account for an annual subscription you didn’t signup for. Then refuse to refund you, but offer you a lifetime subscription for their crappy app. It didn’t even do what I wanted, even though they said it would in their description. It’s basic at best.

Es war für mich nicht ersichtlich, dass ich damit nach einer Trialfrist von 2 Wochen ein monatliches ABO zu €49,99 abschloss. Als ich von PayPal die Nachricht über die Abbuchung von meinem Konto erhielt, setzte ich mich sofort mit REFUND(a)PDF.CONTACT in Verbindung und binnen Minuten war die Sache gelöst. Freundliche Antwortmails, prompte Rückerstattung der €49,99, Löschung meines Accounts. *****solved!

Feb 19,2024Una stella perché "-10" non è possibile.Sito ingannevole. Fatto abbonamento della durata di 2 giorni. Dopo una settimana mi prelevano € 49,99#, ovvero abbonamento annuale. Ho scritto e richiesto di avere indietro i soldi, ma mi hanno "generosamente" concesso di "chiudermi" l'account al loro sito", senza.restiruirmi i soldi per prevenzione ho anche cambiato la carta di credito. Perché ho.letto che nonostante cio, dopo un mese, ad altre persone hanno fatto prelievo di altru € 49,99#, se poi controllate bene il prelievo è fatto da una società a Nicosia.....i soldi non li vedi più.....

Feb 19,2024Very bad App, seems to be more a SCAM programme than anything user friendly. They have a hidden subscieption model which automatically deducts 50(!!) USD/ MONTH for ususage 🤣 This already is absurd, this subscription is NOT showing in your subsciptions in APP store but is HIDDEN so i just saw it after having the amount deducted 3 times against my will. You ONLY cam cancel if you write them an email! Fraudster scheme, do NOT USE THIS APP, i had to pay 150USD "Idiot tax" for not being precise and careful...

Feb 19,2024I read a lot of reports of people who were upset and sad about the $49.99 charge, but I was really surprised by the amount. But as I didn't agree, with a simple email to customer service support, I was very well attended to and reimbursed with quickly, so I don't know how many people didn't get answers via email or phone, but in my case it was resolved. I hope that my comment can help someone who is thinking that their money will never get back. Get in touch and everything will be resolved.

Feb 18,2024Er wordt 49,99 van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Kennelijk gaat men na 1 week iedere maand een bedrag afschrijven, waarvoor geen opdracht is gegeven. Wettelijk gezien is dat niet toegestaan. Heb per mail dringend verzocht de incasso op mijn Visa kaart terug te draaien

Feb 17,2024DO NOT use this service. It is ROBBERY. They ask if you want to get their service for $1.99 for the day. And 2 weeks later, they will start taking $49.99 out of your bank account. And when you reach out to them, they NEVER respond to your emails. This is a SCAM and a company that should FAIL because they are criminals.

No entanto, esta empresa salvou meus dados bancários e deduziu US$ 25 da minha conta bancária sem meu consentimento. Não assinei nenhum contrato nem subscrevi nenhum pagamento futuro. Usei minha conta bancária apenas para pagar a conversão de um documento. Por favor, me reembolse, pois isso é contra a lei e fraudulento. Não autorizei você a usar meus dados bancários para qualquer compra futura. Enviei inúmeros e-mails para esta empresa, eles ainda não me reembolsaram.

Feb 25,2024Même cas de figure que les autres, j'ai payé 0,99euros pour convertir un PDF, et surprise une semaine après je suis prélevée de 49,99euros alors que strictement rien n'est stipulé à l'achat ! Une arnaque une vrai, que je vais signaler sur le nouveau site du gouvernement pour que cela cesse pour les futurs clients !! Same situation as the others, I paid 0.99 euros to convert a PDF, and surprise a week later I was charged 49.99 euros even though absolutely nothing was stipulated at the time of purchase! A real scam, which I will report on the new government site so that it stops for future customers!!
