Dec 08,2024Fuyez pdfmaster, exactement la même chose, je me suis fait prélevé sans aucune facture ni contrat pendant plus de 11 mois depuis janvier 2024 de 49,99 euros par mois. Tout ça après juste une modification de pdf à 0,99 euros. Belle arnaque….j’aimerais évidemment être remboursé de toutes les sommes prélevées ce qui n’est pas le cas pour le moment.

Pouvez vous revenir vers moi rapidement avec une date concernant mes remboursements ?? Cela fait des mois que cela dure maintenant.

Nov 26,2024Same as everyone else. it is NOT clear you are signing up, and there ISNT sufficient warning about being automatically subscribed when trialing the service. I received NO EMAILS and no INVOICES for monthly charges that carried on after an initial trial. I did manage to log in and see that I was being charged, and managed to cancel that. If pdfmaster sais they want all charges to be clear then they should take notice off the high percentage of 1 star reviews on trust pilot and improve that process.

Nov 22,2024I will echo the same thing everyone else has said. I paid $1 for a single pdf file (which didn’t work by the way) and read the information that mentioned nothing about agreeing to pay a subscription fee later on. I specifically read it looking for that because I know it happens all the time. I emailed the company but haven’t heard anything back yet. I also called the number in their site which immediately disconnects when they answer. And you people have the nerve to respond to these negative comments saying you’re legit and the rest of us are misinformed? What company doesn’t allow phone calls to come through and asks to use WiFi calling instead?

I paid a small fee ($1) for a service, but then charged $71 as subscription fees 7 days later, even though I never agreed to any kind of subscription. This company profits from subscription traps. Nov 01,2024This just happened to me 1.99 2 days ago that went through and one for 49.99 that's been pending for 2 days now! All I did was download what I thought was a one time fee of 1.99 to use it I never agreed to my card being used for a subscription I didn't need or want! I've emailed screenshot of both transactions and am still waiting on them to respond ill just get my bank to get them I'm reporting fraud update, they contacted me and refused refund! I reported them to the BBB and to my bank as fraud

Oct 31,2024This company profits from suscription traps. I was charged for months after cancelling the subscription within the free trial period. Despite following their procedure for cancellation, and receiving a confirmation email, the subscription continued, as did the charges. After sending multiple emails back and forth to customer service, I was offered only a partial refund. Avoid this company as it appears to be a scam.

Oct 24,2024On August 19, 2024, I used their services to convert a PDF document into Word for the price of €1.95. This amount was debited from me on August 20. Since then, I have been charged approximately €49 each month, even though I never subscribed to a monthly subscription!!!I don't remember being informed that €49 would be debited from my account every month!!! This is the third month that I have been charged without my permission. This is a real scam. Very dishonest. I want to be refunded and, above all, stop this "suscription"! Stay away from this site!!!!

Oct 17,2024Une fraude ! Je n'ai jamais voulu d'abonnement à pdfguru. J'ai utilisé une seule fois ce logiciel pour 0.99$ et on me facture un abonnement.. J'ai annulé ma carte de crédit pour ne plus être facturé encore mais comme c'était considéré comme un retrait automatique, ils pouvaient encore me facturer. Ce nom est désormais interdit chez mon fournisseur de carte. J'ai écrit pour me faire rembourser quatre montants retraits pour un total de 280.68$ canadien. Je vais attendre la réponse. À suivre ...

I think that is mischievous way to rub people of their hard earn money.in my case the £49.99 what my pocket money for 2weeks

Oct 14,2024Mi accorgo il 10 ottobre 2024 di un prelievo di 49,99 € sul mio C/C. A ritroso ne trovo altri 2 a settembre e agosto, sempre il 10 del mese. Avevo bisogno di ingrandire un PDF di un paziente ( sono medico) e a luglio sono capitata su PDF Master. Una prova per 99 cents. Vabbè, proviamo. In realtà non sono neanche riuscita. Il 3 ottobre, di nuovo per controllare gli esami di un paziente, riprovo per me sempre 99 centesimi, e mi capita lo stesso. Sito inutile. Però mi capita di controllare sui movimenti del C/C e mi accorgo che mi sono stati prelevati 49,99 € nei tre mesi citati : agosto, settembre e ottobre, per una spesa di 149,97 € . Allora : chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che non ho diritto ad alcun rimborso perché nelle clausole scritte in piccolissimo loro dicono che dopo 7 giorni parte in automatico un abbonamento di 49,99 € mensili assolutamente inutile. Legalmente avrebbero ragione loro, forse, e io credo di aver fatto quello che si chiama " incauto acquisto" ma, dopo aver bloccato i pagamenti, vi dico di stare molto attenti perché prelevano soldi a fronte di niente. Da evitare come la peste !! Agiscono con furbizia e prelevano senza dirti nulla :nessuna mail di avviso di prelievo, nessuna fattura a fronte del servizio, non richiesto. Avevo chiesto, a ottobre, una prova per 99 cents. Non mi ero accorta che mi avevano attivato un abbonamento di 49,99 € già da giugno. Mai accettare queste proposte : in piccolissimo, nella adesione prova di 99 centesimi, dicono che dopo 7 giorni sarai abbonato a morte. Ho perso 152,97 € e spero finisca qui. Rimborsi ? No. Non credo che però per loro vada sempre liscia. Alla largaaa !!

Oct 05,2024Comme tout un tas d'autres personnes visiblement j'ai validé pour un paiement de 1.99€ pour un usage unique qui ne me stipulait rien d'autre pour la suite juste un seul paiement unique . Finalité pdf master s'est servi de mes coordonnées bancaires pour se prendre 49.99€ s'en m'en avertir par mail . Donc ça n'est ni plus ni moins que de la fraude à la carte bancaire . Vu le nombre de personnes sur ce site qui se plaignent c'est une fraude bien rodée de belle envergure. Pour un site d'une telle renommée c'est effarent . Je veux me faire rembourser. À présent je converse par mail avec le support et la seule chose qu'ils savent me répondre c'est notre politique ne nous permet pas de rembourser . Je dirais que votre politique de voleur a bon dos .

Dec 11,2024We are sorry to report a very bad experience with this company. We used the program for changes in one PDF document in Nov ‘23, and assumed the 0,99 costs were for this one time use. Due to a technical creditcard problem, we were not able to look into our creditcard transfers for quite a long period. Now we do have access to our credit card transfers and found out that we passively paid 13 times 49,99 euro (650 euro) for this service we could not even remember to have used. We contacted the support and they promptly replied, saying they fully understand our concern and will return 6 times 49,99, which they have done. This means however that we still paid 350 euro’s for a subscription we were not aware of. We have never in 13 months received any communication from this company, so we are sorry to assume this is their business model. They don’t want to wake sleeping dogs (paying customers unaware of a subscription). Yes, in the one and only mail we got on the day of use, we now read that if you don’t cancel the trialperiod, the subscription will be automatically renewed. And yes, we made this unaware mistake and are willing to pay for this, we proposed 100 euro. But they report not to be able to refund the money which was transferred more than 6 months ago due to bankrestrictions. This is nonsens, any company can transfer money to a party, if they wish to do so. We feel this company is a scam and should be ashamed of this horrific entrepreneurship. 17-12-24 In addition, although this company asked us (here below) to contact us again and suggest further solutions might be possible, we just get the standard answer that they will not refund the last 250 euro.
