Feb 14,2024Achtung!! Alles ist darauf ausgelegt, dass man in eine Abofalle tapt. Finger weg wenn Du Dir Ärger und monatliche Abbuchungen von 49,99 ersparen willst. UNSERIÖS!!!!!! Ergänzung vom 27.2.:Die Kündigung hat dann doch problemlos geklappt und PDF Reader hat sich Mühe gegeben, alles klar zu stellen.

Feb 14,2024Je mets une étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas en mettre 0. Une grosse bande d'arnaqueurs fuyez ! Des escrocs ! Ma collègue et moi même avons été escroqué ! Pour cela nous avons porté plainte toutes les deux pour les 49€ prélevé et reprélever même après signalement auprès de ce qu'il appelle "pdfsupport" ! support de rien du tout !!!!!!! NUL A bientot devant la justice !

Feb 14,2024Horrible company! Please don’t use them! You pay a small amount for a short service and that makes them steel 49,99€ from your credit card, they will not pay back. It’s a scam! Please people, stay away from PDFmaster. Fair is fair; here’s an update a few weeks later: after they have stolen twice 49,99€ from my credit card I blocked my card and reported them to the authorities. They have paid back the full amount and I recovered it. Obviously I had to go through the trouble of blocking my credit card thanks to them. I would NOT recommend using them, however there is hope for those who lost money: go to the authorities (online)!

Feb 13,2024je viens de signaler et porter plainte contre ces escrocs ma banque bloquera leur demande de paiement suivant... même soucis que ceux mentionnés ci dessous j'ai payé pour deux pdfs avec ma carte bleue il n'était pas question d un abonnement. et je n'ai pas laissé mon numéro de carte bleue sur le site. comme je l ai dit dans ma plainte : il y a une utilisation frauduleuse de la carte bleue. quelques jours après mon compte est débité de 49.99 euros par pdf master. je n'ai pas souscrit à un abonnement , je n ai pas eu de mail pour ce soit disant abonnement aucun mail pour dire qu une somme de 49.99 avait été débitées et je le répète : ma carte n'était pas enregistrée il y a donc fraude à la carte bleue j exige un remboursement au lieu de cela on me dit que si je le souhaite c'est un abonnement à vie vicieux et malins ticket # 721092 j'ai été remboursé il est vrai. pas suite à nos conversations avec votre service clientèle ... qui sont restés bien silencieux. j'ai été remboursé suite à mon avis sur trustpilot et au fait que j'ai porté plainte. ensuite quand vous dites tout est noté dans nos conditions j'ai envie de dire : qui lit les conditions générales de vente qui sont des pavés de mots ? désolé de vous dire quand on achète 2 pdfs il est noté nulle part qu'on s abonne ça marche peut être avec les personnes âgées... mais faut arrêter de prendre les gens pour des incompétents.... jamais je n aurais passé commande si au moment de la commande c'était spécifié. la voilà la vérité. de plus si je mettais abonné ... j'aurais bien voulu avoir un mail qui stipule que je m abonne .... j aurais bien voulu avoir un mail qui me signifie que la période d essai est finie de plus il était impossible de se connecter au compte ... donc impossible de pouvoir communiquer ... parce qu'il n'y a eu aucune création de compte ! j'ai rentré ma CB une fois pour 2 pdfs. donc vous avez gardé ma CB enregistré... pour vos paiements futurs ( d'autres ont vécu la même expérience ... vous n avez pas l impression que votre site est mal fait ???? ) /// pour parler des pdfs ils ont été très bien faits le service de ce côté est bien le reste c'est du grand n'importe quoi avant de faire passer le client pour un demeuré retravaillez votre site, sa structure, et spécifie en gros qu'il y a un abonnement ... comme toutes les autres entreprises font !!! ) vous voulez une note plus haute je vous la donne mais je ne change rien à mon message mon message = ma garantie pour le futur...

Feb 13,2024Be careful, do not use these people. My experience was the same as all the ones you see previously. 99p one off charge for one PDF conversion. All went ok, was happy with that. But then soon after £49.99 left my account. There was no warning of this in my initial contact. This definitely seems to be a scam! Thankfully I managed to get my bank to cancel the payment (still pending), but I’ve also had to cancel the card I used and get a new one. Something should be done about this group of people. Don’t go anywhere near them!

Feb 13,2024Sono dei truffatori. Dopo aver convertito un pdf, mi sono ritrovata un addebito su carta di 49.99 per un abbonamento mai sottoscritto. Ho subito inviato una mail di reclamo per bloccare l'abbonamento e farmi riaccreditare le somme dovute. Il loro servizio clienti mi ha ha confermato la disdetta dell'abbonamento, ma nonostante questo, pochi giorni dopo mi hanno riaddebitato altri 49.99 euro. Vergognosi. Non resteranno impuniti.

Feb 11,2024I was excited to see this website offered a simple way to convert a document from PDF to Excel as I required it for work. I was even more so excited to find the cost was only $1.77. Unfortunately, it did not clearly state anywhere that there would be an automatic subscription in the amount of $68 charged to my card unless I cancelled within 7days. I was unaware this was a 'trial' as it was not described as such. When I received my charge, I immediately contacted the company, and they informed me they have a strict policy in their term and conditions that states they will not refund a client if they were unaware of the automatic charge. As far as I am concerned if this is written in your terms and conditions you are FULLY AWARE that your automatic subscription is not written clearly enough for your users. Furthermore, they are able to see the service was not used beyond the ONE document I converted, and they still refuse to reimburse me. I strongly suggest you choose a different website for your pdf needs, one that does not rely on deception and fine print to keep their company in business.

Feb 11,2024Warning!!!!! Scam Alert! Unscrupulous and untrustworthy. This App is an absolute sham see reviews and discussions on reddit. They offer short term access 7-days for a small fee$1.99 etc then hit you with a maximum subscription fee 7 days later without your consent or agreement to these terms. Completely unscrupulous. Had to cancel my bank card because of this. UPDATE In response to your response, I have emailed your support team numerous times they promised to have a resolution in 30mins in response to my second email in which they asked for me to verify my details and then promptly disappeared for almost 2 weeks now, complete radio silence, except here in response to my bad review. There is clearly no motivation to do better by their customers just to go into damage control to avoid looking dubious and dodgy to other buyers. I have emailed a total of 5 times now and am not impressed, no communication no solution. It is not at all a transparent operation. It’s contingent on ripping the unwitting consumer off once they have your card details. Buyer beware!

Feb 10,2024On February 2nd 2024 I ordered a free trial of pdf Master, Unfortunately it kept given me error messages so I uninstalled the app and canceled my subscription within a couple of hours. On February 08 2024 my PayPal account was charged $49.99. I immediately tried to contact pdf Master all I got was a messages stating that all representatives were unavailable but give us your email address and someone will contact you. I tried to reach someone in person 8 times to no avail. About an hour later I received an email stating that I never canceled my subscription however they will cancel my future subscriptions but not refund my $49.99 they charged me. I have since contacted PayPal and they stated they were refunding me my $49.99. Hopefully they will come through with the refund. This seems to be a consistent complaint regarding this company. They tell you you didn't cancel your subscription and go ahead and charge you and there is no one to speak to live, no matter how many times you call or what time you call. All in all very suspicious and a scam in my opinion. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN, THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HANGING.

Feb 10,2024I paid 1.37 CAD to revise my pdf file quickly 1 time and after a week they charged me for 68 CAD. The app also ruined my original file. I sent them an email requested refund due to technical issue. They refunded the money. However, I’ll never use this app again.

Feb 08,2024Programma top con ottime funzionalità, anche io sono incappato nella spiacevole incomprensione del rinnovo dell’abbonamento. Quindi state molto attenti se acquistate l’abbonamento prova a 1,99€ e non disdite poi vi parte un abbonamento a 50€. Dopo varie mail e pec a cui non avevo risposta sono riuscito ad avere il rimborso. Se comunque cercate un programma a pagamento questo è ottimo vi permette di fare tutto quello che volete. Consiglio

Feb 08,2024Here is a copy of my email to this mob: 'Money back please. I just noticed on my credit card statement that you have charged me $76.90 for a subscription I did not request or authorise... I asked for one off help with electronically signing a document for a very small fee. You have misused my credit card details to sign me up. Refund please. Otherwise i'll be contacting my bank and Scamwatch.
