Feb 03,2024Idem même expérience. J'ai utilisé le service pour modifier un document pour un cout de 1.99€ et me voilà prélevé de 49.99€ par mois depuis décembre 2023. J'ai contacté le service client. Je suis en attente de leur retour. Une arnaqué!

Feb 03,2024Disgusting scam. They will subscribe you without your knowledge after you pay a $1 fee for what you believe to be a once off service and then, without your consent, charge you a $50US monthly fee. When I told them to unsubscribe me, the "customer care" person said there was no account linked to my email address and asked for my credit card number to attempt to assist finding my account. I suggest you avoid PDF master.

Feb 02,2024Would give no stars if option. I’m appalled that despite numerous emails and requests to cancel they keep taking money. I have issued a court order. Nothing irritates me more that scam artists like this. Absolutely disgraceful.

Feb 02,2024DO NOT USE. I used one time & my mistake I didn’t cancel within the free trial and they changed me a ridiculous about of $75 AUD. I immediately cancelled my subscription & it ended that day. They CONTINUED to take money out of my account the following week & are refusing to return or or admit fault despite screenshots of emails and bank transfers to confirm. They are now ignoring all my emails and refusing to respond or refund me

Feb 02,2024J'ai utilisé ce site pour modifier un pdf. Cout 0.99 euros. Mais on m'a ponctionné de 49.99 euros une semaine plus tard. Ceci n'apparait nulle part sur le site. De plus je n'arrive pas à me connecter. Quelle est la durée de cet abonnement qui ne me sert à rien? Tout ceci me semble bien étrange pour rester correct. De plus ce site apparait dans la rubrique: modifier un pdf gratuitement. Je suis très déçu

Feb 02,2024Questo sito è una frode autorizzata. Come tu tti qui ovviamente ho acquistato un Pdf a 1.99€ e oggi mi sono stati addebitati 48.99€. La truffa è costruita in un modo in cui non ci si accorge: si compra un prodotto dove da nessuna parte viene scritto di un ulteriore abbonamento per poi alla fine della transazione ricevere una ricevuta di pagamento dove viene solo alla fine menzionato un ulteriore abbonamento che il cliente non ha mai voluto sottoscrivere. Ovviamente denuncia alla polizia postale.

Ich habe keine Weiter - Taste gedrückt, aber ich habe per Mail eine Datei ujm Runterladen erhalten. Ich habe sie nicht heruntergeladen. Wie kommen die an Geld? Wie sind die in der Lage Geld abzubuchen?

Feb 01,2024There is no way to unsubscribe from this useless scam, they keep on deducting your monthly account. I had to cancel my bank account in order not to be ripped off. The Green and Yellow stars are there to mislead you. They should all be bright Red.

Feb 01,2024Victim of the same scam as many others here. Misleading marketing, offering a day's access for 0.99 USD, and then silently charging 49 USD every month for a monthly subscription. They are smart about it, though, the billing email does mention the monthly charge. But that info was nowhere on the website when you sign up for it. I paid for 3 months before I luckily checked my bank statement on a day the payment was made. Also, 49 USD is a giganormous fee for lots of stuff that you essentially get for free. Clearly someone on a get rick quick mission. Avoid them at all costs!

Before you do the payment, it's stated "By continuing, you agree that your subscription will be auto-renewed at the price of $49.99 each month at the end of the 7-day intro period unless you cancel in your account" I was charged less than 24 hours after the first payment.
