Aug 19,2023Proceed with caution, Used the £0.99 service for 7 day use but like so many others got stung for £49.99. I contact the company and immediately added a conflict to PayPal. Luckily in the UK there is protection in place for subscription traps so was very quickly able to get my money back within like 30 minutes of me messaging. My advice check your local laws and be aware that auto renews do need to usually notify you. I gave them two stars because they were quick to refund.. but the system is designed to trap you as its hard to see the actual terms in a clear manner. (Hence the reviews)

Aug 17,2023I paid 0.99 USD for the 7 day trial to edit a single PDF. A week later they charged my Paypal account $50 USD which I was able to get refunded via Paypal, Do not use this service. It is a scam.

Aug 16,2023I was charged $49.99 after a week without notification. No terms and conditions were clear to charge me automatically and obviously they wont refund . They just want to take your money so be careful . do not use them . there are plenty of good genuine ones

Aug 11,2023Like others, paid for single use $0.99 then almost immediately took another $40.99. Did it through PayPal so no problems getting my money back. Pdfmaster said they set high standards for themselves. They just don’t try to achieve them.

Aug 11,2023Tricks you into a monthly fee when you buy a one off conversion. They will not refund either, despite spotting the transaction and requesting on the same day. Poor company that likes to rip off users. Stay well clear - there are more reputable and honest business out there that perform this service.

Aug 09,2023I bought a one time use for a $1.50 and they billed my card $49.99. Then they lied and said that they would refund me that amount to my card, they never did and I am still out the $49.99. Plus the software didn't work, the PDF I tried to convert was not incomplete. Stay away from these people, they are a scam.

Aug 03,2023I did a trial and it deleted what I was trying to edit after I paid for the trial. I emailed them on day 7, they wouldn’t refund me and won’t reply so now I have to dispute it with my bank…ugh

Aug 02,2023This is not PDF Master, it's a ScamMaster. As in the previous posts, I got tricked without my knowledge into a subscription after editing a single file, which I agreed to pay $1.99 for. A few days later they charged my card $49.99! An unethical business! Stay away from this site like the plague!

Aug 24,2023I’m not sure if it is because I shared my negative experience with Pdfmaster on trust pilot, that had an impact on the decision they made to finally refund me my money for a monthly membership I had no desire or reason to sign up for. But I am so relieved they changed their mind. I decided to change my opinion about them and edit my original review. In my original review I stated my unhappiness towards them for their lack of understanding of the fact that I had not intended to sign up for their monthly membership. I honestly checked out thinking I was spending .99 cents to transfer two photos from jpg. to pdf. format. Surprisingly, a few days later I received another email stating they would refund my money! It was such a pleasant surprise! I was so grateful they understood that I had made a ln honest mistake when checking out to use their service. That I must say even though they worried me with their initial response they proved to be the type company that they claim to be on their website. And, that is one with high standards, integrity and dedication to make their customer feel safe and happy to use their service.
