Apr 08,2024Used it once for 1€ and after 7 days i got charged 50€ for some kind of subscription. I never planned one nor saw a scheme of planning for a subscription. Wrote an email and currently waiting for the refund. The only planing they do is to scam you. Not recommended 👎.

Apr 08,2024Gleiche Erfahrung! Bitte aufpassen. Ein Dokument konvertiert, unwissentlich Abo abgeschlossen. 2x 49,90 per Paypal eingezogen. In meien Mails keinerlei Bestätigung/Rechnung/Unterlagen zum Abschluss eines Vertrags. Werden dem Vertrag jetzt widersprechen und hoffe auf Rückerstattung. Nachtrag: Positive Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice - freundlicher Kontakt, Rückerstattung schnell erhalten!

Apr 03,2024É fraude. Apenas queria usar uma vez. Cobraram-me 0,99€ em 15/01/2024. Depois cobraram-me 37,49€ em 05/02/2024 e agora querem-me cobrar mais 24,99€ em 29/03/2024. Como bloqueei os pagamentos, estes estão pendentes. Informei o banco que esta empresa é FRAUDE. Será que me devolvem os 37,49€ que me cobraram sem minha autorização??? Dizem agora que me irão devolver o dinheiro. Esperemos… Já me enviaram o dinheiro de volta: 72700924095066794760983

Apr 02,2024Idem que tous les autres, malgré la résiliation de l'abonnement j'ai été prélevé 2 fois d'un montant de 49.99€. Je viens de faire une réclamation. J'espère pouvoir me faire rembourser et clôturer définitivement cet abonnement qui ressemble fortement à une arnaque...

They trick you into doing a one-off PDF conversion for $0.99 and in the fine print you are signing up for a 7day trial and if you dont email within 7 days you are charged $49.99 per month!!! There is no way to cancel apart form by email and to date i have not had a response and i have not incurred my second monthly fee.

Mar 30,2024Anche a me è successo la stessa cosa che lamentano molti clienti: a fronte di un pagamento di 0.99 centesimi per la modifica di un pdf riuscito anche male, ora mi trovo addebitati 49.90 sul conto. Nono solo, mi rendo conto purtroppo solo ora che mi hanno scalato 49.90 ogni mese a partire da novembre, 250 euro, un furto. La banca mi ha consigliato di bloccare la carta, disconoscere le operazioni, fare una denuncia. Se non è abbastanza contatterò anche Altroconsumo. Ma poi cosa c'è di trasparente in questo sito? Nella prima pagina in cui ti indicano dove caricare il documento da modificare non è fatto alcun riferimento ai pagamenti singoli, nessun riferimento chiaro agli abbonamenti, le condizioni sono scritte in fondo, in piccolo e devi cliccare sopra volutamente per leggere delle frasi inglese in font ancora più piccolo. Quando paghi il singolo documento, in fondo in piccolo (ma nella schermata del cellulare manco lo vedi) c'è scritto che poi ti scaleranno l'abbonamento...poi qualcuno dice che siamo noi che non sappiamo leggere, ma qualcun altro magari dirà anche che hanno fatto il di tutto per impedirtelo... Caro pdf master, vi ho già scritto e vi scriverò di nuovo. Confermo che non ho mai autorizzato un abbonamento e che se foste così onesti specifichereste tutte le condizioni a chiare lettere nella pagina principale del sito. Perché non lo fate??

Mar 29,2024Comme les autres internautes, j'ai demandé un pdf sur le site pour une seule utlisation. Aucun avertissement n'apparaît quand on passe une commande de 0.99EUR disant qu'on est automatiquement abonné (les autres sites gratuits proposent l'abonnement en option). Il s'agit d'une fraude à la carte de crédit prélevée abusivement sans signature d'aucun contrat.

Mar 27,2024Very bad experience! I supposedly received a "lifelong subscription" (having paid a fixed sum once) - and then I was still asked to pay for each document when using the app. When I complained about this, they simply cancelled my subscription which I had already paid for. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Mar 24,2024Pour ceux qui ont caressé l'espoir d'un remboursement, comment qualifier ceux qui même désabonné se font encore prélever ?? Avez-vous une solution, il y a t'il des gens qui sont allés en justice , bref comment faire . Merci pour vos réponse, en ce qui me concerne je conseille de fuir ces personnes qui pour un PDF ce font arnaquer parfois il est vraiment facile de faire du CA

Mar 21,2024I tried to cancel the "subscription" I wasn't told I was signing up for, they then charged my account an ADDITIONAL 2 charges 2 days later!! Customer service is a generic email with no help or resolution coming. This is a total scam, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!! I had to cancel my card to get the charges to stop. Now, 3 days later and after 5 back and forths, they are claiming they have no record of the payments being taken, so are refusing to refund the "Subscription amounts they took FRAUDULENTLY!!

Mar 21,2024I only needed service once, and I'm sure at the moment of purchase I wasn't informed that it's a subscription, it was written in an email that comes after one orders a service, so kinda legit, but a sneaky way to steal "legally" from me. I was offered a "lifetime plan" for free and when I said I'm not interested, another email came with assurance the money will be returned. Well, the money was returned for the last month, but I paid for 4 months without knowing until I noticed that. This is bad, they're deceiving the customers.

Mar 20,2024Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre 0 comme tous les autres j’ai été débitée de 49.99 euros de manière tout à fait insidieuse. Leur service commercial refuse de me rembourser. La seule option que j’ai c’est de prendre un abonnement à vie ce que je refuse . Il s’agit clairement d’un site frauduleux à fuir absolument, surtout ne faites pas l essai soi disant gratuit qu’ils proposent d’autres sites sont eux vraiment gratuits pour la même chose Edit je viens de recevoir un mail disant qu’ils vont me rembourser wait and see
