Mar 19,2024This company is such a scam. I signed up for $1.99 and nowhere did it say I would be charged an additional $49.99, yet I was charged. I tried to get a refund and they refuse to do that for me. Whoever runs this company needs to be investigated and put behind bars because I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s been scammed. This is ridiculous I’m a broke college student and 50 dollars actually means a lot to me. SCAM!!!!!! No one should ever use pdfguru this website SUCKS!

Mar 18,2024Ho recensito il 16.02.2024 negativamente questa azienda perchè avevo trovato due addebiti di e.49.99 tanto che ho dovuto bloccare la prepagata. Tuttavia ho contattato support_pdfmaster.app e dopo diverse mail di spiegazioni (5) ho ricevuto in riaccredito con relative scuse gli importi addebitati (11/03/2024). Devo cambiare la mia recensione affrettata e ringraziare per il supporto.

You DID NOT try to help, you sent the same template email over and over, which I stupidly fell for twice and sent you the required details. God knows what you are doing with those now. My bank, a reputable, trustworthy organisation fortunately helped me with two refunds and I have since closed that account so you horrible individuals cannot steal any more money. You are know a reputable company, you are vermin, you are a fraudsters and you should be shut down.

Mar 14,2024Dacht je voor 0,99 cent een PDF te kunnen aanpassen en downloaden, blijk je er gelijk een maandelijks abbonement bij te krijgen waarbij er 49euro van je rekening wordt gehaald... kom hier na 5 maanden en 245euro armer achter... zo moet een organisatie toch geen geld willen verdienen!

Mar 13,2024PDF Master did not work for my needs. However, after I discovered that I had accidentally subscribed to them, customer service was quite helpful. Although their product was not what I needed, I would recommend them highly. I give them 5 stars because they promptly canceled and refunded the subscription. That says volumes regarding ethics and business practice. Among other things, it says that PDF Master is committed to providing a helpful service at a fair price. What that says to me is that they are in the business of providing a service, not just cashing checks.

Mar 10,2024Bin leider auch wie so viele in die Abo-Falle getappt! Ich hatte eine pdf-Datei konvertieren lassen für 1,99€, was ich ok fand. Vom Abschloss eines Abos habe ich nichts bemerkt. Erst bei den Paypaltransaktionen erschienen dann die 49,90 € Abobeitrag von pdf master. Die Kündigung ging zwar zügig, aber noch kämpfe ich um die Rückerstattung... Das Geld habe ich inzwischen (25.03.) zurückbekommen.

Mar 06,2024This company is fraudulent, so not use them. So far they have stolen £100 from me and I have had to cancel my banking cards, come off Apple Pay too. They do not respond to email even if you contact their customer services Despite contacting their customer services they don’t seem to see the replies and closed down the complaint. They have reopened the complaint however a different person responds each time which means they are not reading previous replies. Until resolved I am upholding my complaint.

Mar 05,2024These people actually tell me I have no subscription with them, because I am asking for my money back. Now they are asking for the first six digits AND the last four digits of the credit card they are using to charge my account. I wanted access for 99 cents for a week only. Now I see 49.99 for both February and March, which is double what their own price is on their own website. This is blatant fraud. This operation needs to be shut down.

Mar 05,2024This service is a possible scam, or at the very least unscrupulous service. I have used a service once (for 1.99€ for one week), and it turned out that the company charged me 49.99€ for a one-year subscription. When I asked for the reimbursement of that amount (which is a legal obligation when doing business in the European Union), they did not comply... and charged my credit card for ANOTHER 49.99€ 2 months later... BEWARE of that company, don't enter your credit card info or they will try to do stealth transactions a few weeks later.

Mar 19,2024Après un fichier d'essai à 0,99 €, j'ai été débité de 49,99 le mois dernier et je m'aperçois que le même montant est en réservation sur ma carte Visa ce mois-ci. La seule solution est card stop avec les inconvénients que cela représente pour mes autres fournisseurs...
