Jan 31,2024I used the tool, paid for my document to be released and the next thing I know I'm fleeced for £49.99 for something I have not and will not use again. Underhand practices, with terms and conditions to prevent recourse. **Reviewed** I have since moved from 1 to a 2 star rating as PDF Master have refunded the full fee and reached out to apologise. I appreciated this, however I still think the sign up terms need to be clearer which is the heart of the issue, not the money. I believe a proportionate sign up agreement would work best and not £49.99 in 7 days for everyone using the service. E.g. A cost per document or open access for 24/48 hours, for those of us just looking for a quick fix through not having full adobe licences etc.- and not to end up with a subscription and regular billing commitment.

Jan 30,2024Terrible! They were not able to convert my pdf to epub file. The finished file massacred my book. It was unrecognizable after they finished their conversion. They refused to give me a refund. Of course you can’t do the conversion till after you pay, so you have no idea what your product looks like until after they have your money.

Jan 30,2024Scam. Signed up for a $1 trial. Then I tried to use the website and service only to find that it didn't work. Then a week later got billed for a year subscription ! contacted customer service straight away, but they refused to refund me. Due to the charge being overseas, this caused my bank to lock and cancel my cards ..... complete waste of time and money. Stay away !

Jan 30,2024I needed to convert a PDF to word doc in a hurry, this website was very helpful with that. It took only a few minutes to get signed up and get my documents. Will highly recommend.

Jan 30,2024also signed up for one day and ended up paying €49,99. This is a scam, not clear on their site. Several emails to their "customer care" but no result. They only care about money. Be warned don't do business with them! after publishing this review, had more contact with their customer service They reviewed my case and now refunded the €49,99 and €1,99.

Jan 29,2024UPDATE: PDF Master support team reached out to me to resolve the issue and provided full refund. I appreciate that they listened to me. Eventually my experience as a customer has been improved. ------------------------------------- STAY AWAY FROM PDF MASTER You first pay $0.99 and then they'll charge you $50. Why? Because you missed a little line in the email they sent. These guys then say you cannot refund you anything. What a dark UX pattern, what a shame.

Jan 29,2024The product itself does what it should, however the business practrice the company is using is more than shady. After using the service for roughly 0.99$ they will put you in a subsciption model for 49.99$ which is heavily overpriced and they know that. So if you complain they will tell you that you "unfortunately are too late for withdraw from your "subscription" however as they are "customer focuses" they will offer you a lifetime subscription if you do not chargeback your money. If you complain and insist, they will refund (EU citiziens at least). My original review: Pure Scam! They hide fees and will charge you with 49.99 € after a while claiming the first purchase was a trial period. Please be aware if you are in EU make use of your right of withdrawal

Jan 29,2024Betrug: Ich habe ein 7 tägiges Abo für 1,99E gekauft. In der Paypal-Abrechnung zeigte sich dann der Verweis auf ein FORTLAUFENDES Abo. Den Einzug konnte ich dann stoppen. Danke, dass andere Bewerter mich gewarnt hatten!! Ich konnte es jedoch nicht an Paypal melden.

Jan 29,2024Unos estafadores que aunque uses la app una vez y les das tus datos pensando que ,como dicen,te puedes dar de baja en una semana,y aunque me di de baja el mismo día me cobraron 49,99 euros.Y al reclamar te dicen de su servicio tecnico que "hubieron algunas incidencias" durante mi anulación de la subscripcion pero ni te devuelven el dinero y te cobran..unos ladrones
