Jan 23,2024Good day, I would like to raise a complaint, I entered my banking details during the single payment of $1.99 for a document conversion. However this company saved my banking details and deducted $49 from my bank account without my consent. I did not take-up any contract or subscribed to any future payment. I only used my bank account to pay for a document conversion. Please refund me as this against the law and fraudulent. I did not authorize you to use my banking details for any future purchase. I have sent countless emails to this company, they still have not refunded me. Request # 692851

When you pay for 7 days acces, they advise that they will charge but that it’s refundable within 30 days but how come can someone pay for a trial (which is free for most of the app/websites) and being charged again $69.20 with no possibility of getting refunded? A big scam!!!! On top of that, they have ignored my emails. 0/20 for customer satisfaction. Never use this app even for one time, they will stole your money

Jan 23,2024I have raised a case with Paypal against this company to attempt the recovery of my money. Like others here, I paid for one-time usage. I understood that I had 7 days access, after that time I wholly believed access would lapse. There was no apparent indication that this was opening a subscription for their services. Upon contacting their customer services the only advice they have given is that they have cancelled my subscription. No refund has been made. At that point I have contacted Paypal to raise a dispute. This company is using deceptive methods to take money from lots of people using low prices as a honey trap and it is utterly wrong.

I never signed up for a regular subscription of any kind, but as I needed a editor for one document, I chose the daily subscription, which day without my knowing or consent switched to a monthly plan and kept charging my card 49,99 € monthly. I have written to them, but haven’t received a response, will continue to write.

Jan 22,2024If I could give 0 stars I would. Like most people, I fell for the scam. I paid for the conversion of 1 document - $1.57AUD - then they kept charging me $70ish / month.... No response when I told them to cease. I have reported to my bank and Australian government fraud lines. Do not make the mistake I did.

Jan 22,2024Stealing people’s money on daylight. How this website pdfmaster running their business despite stealing thousands of people's money? I am so pissed of by seeing they charged from my card $69.20 cad without any consent. It's so sad seeing most of the students getting scammed by this pdfmaster, who doesn’t have the luxury of losing money for no reason. Fkuc this company. They don't even refund. What a shame.

Jan 22,2024A real SCAM COMPANY INDEED I also had that same very bad and awful experience.. used once their service paid 0.99c and was charge twice 49.99 euros without any subscription or being aware of it on thei website Now impossible to join them I wiil keep trying until I get refunded This is really incredible to take money from people so sneakily

Jan 20,2024TOTAL SCAM!!! Someone needs to report this company. very sneaky, it charges you a small amount of $2 for one time use, and they charge $72 without permission few days after. No agreement not sign up confirmation. I hope someone will take action against this scam

Jan 20,2024Ho trasformato un file da PDF A WARD, pagando regolarmente euro 1,99. Non era mia intenzione sottoscrivere alcun abbonamento. E' stato fatto in modo tale che non ci si accorga dell'inganno. Intanto mi hanno addebitato, euro 49,99 senza mai aver utilizzato il servizio. Ho mandato un email e pare che non siano intenzionati a rimborsarmeli. Situazione confermata, anche da altre persone.
