Apr 27,2024Zonder dat ik mij bewust was van een lopende aankoop of een contract zag ik dat er vanaf oktober 2023 maandelijks 49,99 euro van mijn creditcard wordt afgeschreven. Ik heb ze gelijk een mail gestuurd. De reactie van de support afdeling kwam gelijk al een dag later. Heel goed dus. De mail met de melding van de aflopende proefperiode was in mijn spambox gekomen. Daarom is deze mij niet opgevallen. Het voorstel is om direct mijn abonnement te stoppen en het volledige bedrag terug te betalen. Dezelfde dag stond het op mijn rekening. Een snelle en prima oplossing!

Please do not download these movies app. It never stated that you were committed to a subscription instead it ask if you want to purchase for .99 cent I don’t know where is hidden fee $29.99 comes from. I contacted the Moore directly and I have not heard anything. I’m currently in the process of having my bank dispute discharge and requesting a new card that I have to go through all these obstacles off a scam. I’m looking into where they’re headquarter office is so I can file a complaint with their state Attorney General about fraud

Apr 18,2024Abo Falle, 250 Euro wurden in 5 Monaten über PayPal abgebucht, weil ich, ohne zu wollen, ein Abo "abgeschlossen" hatte. Rückerstattung gibt es vom Support keine. Wer will für einen PDF Converter fast 2 Euro pro Tag zahlen? Genau: kein Mensch. Mich wundert, dass solchen Firmen nicht von PayPal oder den Kreditkarten der Hahn abgedreht wird. Ergänzung am 23.04.24: nachdem ich bei PayPal einen Konflikt eröffnet habe und die dort angegebene E-Mail der Firma kontaktiert habe, wurde ich nach meiner E-Mail-Adresse gefragt, die ich angegeben habe. Zwei Tage später wurden alle umstrittenen Beträge zurückerstattet. Darüber freue ich mich und habe die Bewertung von 1 auf 3 Punkte geändert.

Nel processo di stampa, non era specificato da NESSUNA PARTE la partenza di un abbonamento automatico. E questo significa TRUFFA, in Europa.
