Jul 01,2024Update: Inmiddels na meerdere mails mijn geld terug gekregen. Wel met het verhaal erbij dat het op de site te zien was. En dit is wat absoluut niet waar is. Ze stuurden in de mail een schermafdruk waarop idd stond dat het een abonnement betrof. Ik heb dus nogmaals een zelfde opdracht gedaan zodat ik bij dat betreffende scherm kwam en daar staat absoluut niets over een abonnement. Daar zelf een schermafdruk van gemaakt en terug gestuurd. Tevens gemeld dat er een wettelijke termijn is van 14 dagen waarin je altijd zonder opgave van reden een overeenkomst mag annuleren. Aangezien ik nog binnen de 14 dagen zat had ik daar dus recht op. ook hier eenmalig gebruikt voor 99 cent en vervolgens 49,99 afgeschreven. wat een oplichters. ik heb hier speciaal naar gekeken en dit op zeker niet voor te voren kunnen vinden. nu bezig met de bank om dit te blokkeren. wat een oplichters.

Jun 21,2024Maybe it is a good programm if you want to pay for the full version. But I don´t need all the functions the full version offers. I just need a PDF-Viewer, where you can add comments, bookmarks and markings. If you use any of these functions your PDF will be marked with an ugly watermark. What I hate most, is that everybody seems to like this programm and praises how good it is, although the free version is completly useless. THE PRAIS PREVENTS BETTER ALTERNATIVES BEEING FOUND.

Jun 19,2024Anche io sono capitata in questa scongiurata truffa..mi hanno chiesto 0,99 centesimi per modificare un PDF e mi sono ritrovata un addebito oggi 18 giugno di € 49,99..per un abbonamento mai richiesto...chiedo la restituzione dei soldi e la disattivazione dell'abbonamento.

Jun 18,2024Una semplice unione di due pagine word in pdf; € 0 99. Ok, va bene. Operazione svolta e pagata. Penso: "Non mi piace sapere di dover pagare dopo, a cosa fatta. Onesto sarebbe saperlo prima". Era il 31/05/2024. Poi, una settimana dopo, scopro di un prelievo di € 49,99 per un abbonamento non richiesto e/o autorizzato (forse automatico?). Ho scritto una mail al servizio di supporto pdf master, contestando il fatto ed esigendo il rimborso. Un breve scambio di comunicazioni, due giorni e ho ricevuto l'accredito della somma contestata. Grazie al supporto e al rimborso ottenuto, ora lo riconosco (seppur avendo dovuto occuparmi di un problema di cui avrei fatto a meno). DG

Jun 18,2024OPLICHTING!!! 0,99€ betaald voor 1 week en je hangt vast aan een maandelijks abonnement van 49,99€. Ik probeerde mijn abonnement op te zeggen via mail (volgens de instructies op hun website) maar kreeg als reactie dat ze geen abonnement terugvonden, gekoppeld aan mijn e-mail adres. Hopelijk krijg ik reactie via deze weg, want ik zie dat ze op elke review 'vriendelijk' antwoorden..

Jun 18,2024Vorrei essere d’aiuto a chi si è trovato nella mia stessa condizione, cioè di vedersi addebitati i 49 euro circa dopo aver fatto un pagamento da 0,99 per una conversione. Pensavo mi avessero clonato la carta e solo dopo varie ricerche ho capito che avevo sottoscritto a mia insaputa un abbonamento. La banca mi ha confermato che è uno stile di vendita truffaldino ma non facilmente perseguibile. Io sono riuscita a ottenere lo storno e il riaccredito dei 49 euro. Come mi sono mossa: 1) ho trovato la email che qui non posso riportare ma che inizia con support ecc( cerca nei contatti azienda ) 2) Ho scritto in inglese ( traduttore Google) una pesante lettera di lamentela con richiesta immediata di riaccreditare la cifra in quanto non era possibile vedere la spunta con cui mi hanno fatto sottoscrivere un abbonamento. 3) ho chiesto altresì la cancellazione immediata dell’abbonamento 4) Ho scritto che ilpasso successivo se non avessi ricevuto immediata risposta scritta in merito con impegno a procedere, sarebbe stata la DENUNCIA ALLA POLIZIA POSTALE e DENUNCIA ATTRAVERSO I LEGALI DI ALTROCONSUMO. 5) Il giorno stesso ho ricevuto la risposta scritta una serie di sbrodolate e l’impegno di cui ai punti precedenti 6) dopo 2 gg lavorativi ho ricevuto il riaccredito Spero che serva. E’ fondamentale scrivere.

Jul 04,2024Ich habe jetzt gesehen das ich ausversehen ein Abonnement abgeschlossen habe. Ich konnte auf meinem Account das Abonnement nicht kündigen zumindest habe ich nichts gefunden ich habe jetzt alle E- Mail Adresse angeschrieben das ich kündigen möchte, ich hoffe das genügt aus?!
