They stay on top of your loan from beginning to end to make sure you close on time and follow up with you every couple of days along the way to make sure you don't have any concerns. My loan was scheduled with less than a 30 day window, and it happened right on time with on worries. This is my second home loan with PennyMac and I wouldn't use any other company.

May 07,2020He reached out to see if we had any questions once the process started and usually when an agent does that they aren't actually expecting questions but that first call I just flooded him with questions and he answered every one. He reassured me I could call him at any time if I came up with more questions. We anticipated a long closing because of all the other applications but the next call was scheduling a closing almost a month earlier than expected. Everything went smoothly 😊
