I was given excellent service Phillip Zayas and John Buchanan were the people who helped me it was extremely easy and I had no problems and the process took no time at all. They have carried my mortgage for the past 8 years and I have never had a problem.That's why I decided to refinance my home with then. I am so happy with how everything turned out, I highly recommend them to anyone.

May 18,2020From the beginning of the refinance process the PennyMac team was amazing, they answered all my questions and truly made me feel comfortable and were there for me whenever I needed them. I can be a bit difficult at times, especially when it comes to loan numbers and making sure every number makes sense, but they were very patient with me and for that I am grateful, Thank you!!!

I have received several home loans in the past and this was one of the best processes I've experienced!

May 17,2020Very easy refi. Done all online and excellent communication with my loan officer. She was also very good in dealing with the not so great Title company officer who made three major mistakes on our title search and made mistakes on our final signing documents. However, our Pennymac loan officer caught all of these mistakes, got them taken care of and still managed to close our loan only one day later than expected.
