May 16,2020Terrible experience. Was offered a refinance from Penny Mac (already a Penny Mac customer) after months of incompetence they messed up the refinance. They seem unable to do basic tasks, many interactions are automated and nobody seems to know what is going on. I strongly recommend you try anything else first.
