Feb 02,2025I placed an order and when it arrived it was missing 2 items, I checked online and it said that it was expected to ship the same day the first part arrived. So I waited and waited. No new email was sent so I called after waiting for a week. It was apparently on back order and wouldn’t ship for a month. Thanks for letting me know!! Unprofessional in my opinion. I used to go through Petedge a long time ago, before the change in ownership/management and the customer service was just better. I hopefully won’t need to come back to shopping here.
