I've used Petedge for my entire 15 year grooming career and have yet to have a bad interaction with them. I recommend them to clients and friends all the time looking for supplies to use at home between grooms.

Jan 20,2025My order took a week to even ship and only after I contacted customer service was it sent out. Then an item that wasn't listed as backordered was said to ship the 16th which once my order finally shipped was switched to the 25th. Once the item came and was not going to work I was told I had to pay for return shipping and I should get insurance because they weren't responsible for any loss. The customer service told me my whole order shipped and I had to ask again because the order arrived without the back ordered item, and they said they misspoke. Just ridiculous service.

Jan 14,2025I finally found a clipper to use safely on my Old English Sheepdog who needed a complete clipping. She was gifted to me at 10 months old and she wasn't raised to be groomed as a OES should be. Her hair was matted and the new clipper did the job with the least amount of stress. The price or the clippers was equal to the price of an outsider would have cost me and maybe even less. Hopefully I won't need to use them again but if I do, I have them.
