Jan 31,2025I had to re enter my payment information literally "5" times before the order was successful. My attempts to use Paypal was not successful. Only on this site, I have never had an issue at any other site before.

Jan 31,2025I didn’t receive half my order! I called spoke to a woman who told me I’d have to email customer service so I did . No help basically they said it was delivered and unwilling to help whatever! I’ve emailed several times same response. (Mike) can’t tell me who signed for it just keeps saying delivered! Which it wasn’t! I’ve been a customer for 30+ years and never complain however this was over 200$ which I never got and will no longer be a customer due to the response and lack of help from customer service!

Jan 28,2025The almost $400 clipper I bought doesn't work right and now something is wrong with the charging port. I've had it maybe a week or 2. The first speed on the clipper doesn't even work once you put the blade to the fur. It only works from speed 2 and up. The charging port blinks red and doesn't charge anymore. I am an extremely busy mobile groomer. I haven't had the chance to do anything yet cause it's a headache having to return a brand new product.
