Although the issue was resolved after contacting customer service, it disrupted my work, and I had to purchase some shampoo from Amazon to temporarily get by. Recently, I noticed an incorrect charge on my account, and despite reaching out to your customer service, the issue has not been resolved. It was easy to use and quick. I will continue to use Pet Edge as my go to for my dogs physical needs. In all those years I have never had any issues in dealing with Pet Edge. Hurrah for Pet Edge!
