Nov 05,2024I purchased a grooming arm from this company, hoping it would be a reliable tool for my business. Unfortunately, it bent the first time I used it on a 35-pound puppy. When I reached out for a replacement, I was told it wasn’t covered under their warranty. This is incredibly frustrating—especially since the shipping cost was nearly the same price as the arm itself! They won’t stand behind a product meant specifically for grooming, which feels like a complete waste of money. I’ll be taking my business to Ryan's and Pet Store Direct from now on.

J'ai recommandé la pièce une autre fois et lorsque c'est arrivé, ce n'était pas encore le bon item. À chaque fois, j'ai dû payer des frais très élevés de livraison et le change en argent américain. Ce sont des séchoirs qui sont la marque maison de petedge alors je n'ai pas le choix de commander là si je veux qu'il fonctionne. ☹️

Literally forgot about this order it had been so long and had purchased elsewhere. It sure would have been nice to have been given an option to cancel the order instead of just shipping it out after literally MONTHS passed by.
