Under-Valued Customer
Oct 08,2024I have had issues with PetEdge in the past with shoddy customer service and thought I would give them another chance. This time, I placed an $800+ order for my grooming salon and their system was hacked, causing major delays in shipping and making it impossible to get in touch with someone. I sent a chat requesting information on September 25th and received a response October 2nd explaining PetEdge was hacked and should be operational October 7th. I completely understand things happen, but when ANYTHING happens in my business that causes issue for my clients, I, at the very least, automatically offer a discount. PetEdge does not seem to value the customers it has to, at the very least, offer a small retribution for weeks delay in shipping. Shame on you PetEdge for not thinking of this first! Updated as response, there was no email sent nor any coupon code sent out either. I received information after I sent a request to the company asking about the delay in the $900 plus order. My retribution was asking if I wanted to cancel my order. See below. Oct 07,2024The bulk of my order arrived perfectly on time. There were a pair of shears they told me were shipping separately. That was fine except they never arrived. I tried to call multiple times and always got a recording saying computer or whatever issues and they were trying to fix it. This went on over a period of 2 weeks. I finally ordered from somewhere else. Have never heard from Pet Edge Never had a problem before but not being able to get them at all was crazy

Oct 07,2024I asked about a missing item in my shipment and never heard back. I have record of my emails, including spam and trash folders, that shows no email from petedge on the day you said you sent me one. The only email I received was Oct 2 saying your network was brought down by hackers. Then right after I wrote this review, I got an email saying the order was shipped.

Oct 06,2024Their systems went down 1 day after my order was meant to ship and part of my order shipped and the other part did not. It has been almost 3 weeks since my order was placed and I can’t get a straight answer from anyone. At this point they’ve just stolen my money!

And everything that I have gotten so far has been top quality even if I have to say the dogs can eat one of the stuffed animals in less than an hour lol would be any Toy from anywhere They don’t have a happy face dog I don’t like that🐶 Something cooking a lot I guarantee🐕🐕 they need to have smiley 🐕 emojis

Oct 05,2024The checkout process was very slow. I am taking into account that there are still some issues that are going on that are being fixed. However, I seem to always experience this issue while checking out. Also while ordering some items said they were expected to ship on 10/25 and now on the confirmation page the estimated ship date is 12/12.

Oct 03,2024I ordered two items in my last order. One was a three piece scissors set for grooming my dogs. I have one curved scissor, one thinning sheer, and one straight scissor. They work great. Very sharp. This was an item that wasn’t available right away, but Pet Edge was very good about communicating when I could expect this three piece scissor set.The other item I bought was a Wahl Bravutura, dog grooming clippers. I have always had problems with my Oster A5 Golden clippers even after sending them into the company to get fixed. I was hopeful in buying this new clipper. It has been a game changer. After brushing my dogs, these clippers go through their fur like butter. I am very happy with both items I purchased.

Oct 09,2024I called to see if you would apply the discount offered to my order that has been sitting there for three weeks. The order was placed before your system went down. They said I could cancel the order and reorder. That made no sense to unpack the box restock it, then pick the order again. Just credit my card the $10 discount. Why put more work on shipping than necessary. Treat your customers correctly.
